A wasted trip to one of the most understocked and disorganized Sam's Club locations that I've ever been to. Not a single steak, package of chicken, rotisserie chicken, or bag of frozen chicken wings available. The aisles were covered in empty cardboard boxes which is ironic because the box bins as you exit were empty. They had boxes of products in the aisles (lower left of picture) that made it to where only one cart could pass. I'll never go back.

I had a horrible experience with a employee there..I made a complaint and the next time I went in I saw the same lady and was dreading the experience . Management must have taken what I said to heart because this time the lady's personality was completely different.

Today was my first day at this store (4/4/24). Ideal location - messy in some areas. The lady who growled at me about a card when I first entered should be fired. She is mean as a snake. She says '
you got a card' so nasty - no hi -
hello nothing. I say hello. She looked pass me up in the sky and never spoke back. She was a black lady of African desent and has terrible custimer service skills.

UPDATE: App still says out for delivery but order was at door 5:52p
First and last time ordering using same day delivery. It was placed yesterday 3/17 to be delivered today 3/18 between 2-4p. I called the store and they said it was dispatched at 4:01p. It is now 5:36p and still no order.
