I had a great experience at when I stopped at Sam's Club for gas. There are several gas pump lines that moved in a timely manner. The pricing of the gas is very competitive and I my gas tank was filled up in no time.

I'm livid I came to Sam's club got in line yo buy a pizza. I had already scanned my pizza to pay on the scan & go app and the lady at the register told me they didn't allow to sell the full pizza. Although they had full pizzas ready to sell, they would only sell me slices at $1.98. Which just buying 4 slices would be the same amount as buying a full pizza. It's unbelievable this unspoken hidden rule made by the supervisor at thr Cafe of Sam's club. It's a ridiculous rule when like the rest of the store is first come, first serve. This is one of my only bad experiences at Sam's club, management needs to legally have this rule in writing for all customers to see if this is rule/law.

We stopped by for less expensive gas and specific bulk items. Surprisingly, the gas line was relatively short compared to othet Sam's locations around Baltimore. The selections in this Sam's were not as varied as the Sam's we go to in Houston, but it was fine for what we needed. The store was not too crowded and there were plenty of parking spaces. We wanted pretzel and soda for our mid-day snack. However, the food line was super long. I waited 15 minutes, and the line barely moved. So we gave up and went home with our purchases.

I feel bad about leaving a 1 star review and I do like the store itself (but there are better run Sam's Club's out there). The food court at this store is painfully slow, poorly staffed, and VERY inefficient. Even if the like is only a few people in front of you, you are going to be standing in it for over a half hour before you make it to the register. A grab & go food court SHOULD NOT take this long to grab a snack after shopping.

Eh. I prefer Costco. Had a discounted membership for the year and visited the Laurel store on a Sunday to compare. The longest line was for the gas, yet Costco is still better. Same concept as all big box/wharehouse stores but limited options and brands. Purchased wild salmon with BBQ seasoning and it was fishy and salty. Stick to name brands in Sams.

The cafe is very hit or miss, lately it's been very miss. The soda machines have been down for weeks, and they serve you a single, warm, 12 oz. canned soda to make up for your 30 oz. cold soda not being available. The pizza my last couple visits has been somehow burnt. Many times they do not have brownies, caramel, or even pizza available. Most times the cafe has been short staffed. They want customers to bend the line around the corner, but have no way of conveying this message.Only reason I go here is the prices.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian pizza options, as well as pretzels and desserts.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly food
Parking: You can only get in with a Sam's Club membership
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheel chair accessable, with parking and you can sit at the head of a table if dining in, I'd imagine.
Dietary restrictions: Would be very hard for someone who is gluten free to eat here.

Pro: cheaper gas, food court, big parking lot, next to Walmart, self check out. Con: annual membership fee, slow exit receipt checker. A great option for people who don't live near a Costco. It has a big parking lot and you are to find a parking space compare to an over crowded Costco. The building is clean and every aisle has a sign of items. It has a cheaper gas price compare to outside gas station. The pizza from the food court is very good. I like the self check out since it easy and fast. Only con is that sometime the people at the exit door who scan your receipt can be slow and cause a build in the line.

The Laurel location of Sam's Club always set the bar lower that the rest. Now the bar is non existent. My experience started with calling to see if a particular item was available. I was put on hold twice before I got a response. The gas line is a hot mess with pumps being nonfunctional for WEEKS. Yes I said WEEKS. No real direction on which way to go and no employees to really assist. I'm only pointing that out since it's the complete opposite of their competitor, (really no competition) Costco. After navigating through the line I enter Sam's and the door employee is literally standing in the middle of the door, very much in the way. She slowly strolls to the side so the basket and I could make our way in. Thus this is the ebb and flow of most employees I encountered. Not really caring if what the are doing is blocking the customers, Self checkout is now forced upon you too by the way.

While spending time with my daughter in Plano, TX, she ordered food products online for curbside pickup. We went to pick up the groceries and the bananas were green. We didn't say anything to the person loading the car; took everything home; and placed the bananas in the window hoping they would turn yellow/get ripe. I took the bananas into the store for an exchange; and mind you, it had been 3 days and they were still green! There was no issue returning the product. The issue dealt with the return and use of a different membership card. I did not have my daughter's card, but did have mine. The associate was clever in how she handled the transaction so that I didn't have to go out to the car. My thought is why does the customer need the membership card when the receipt is provided? I do have a suggestion based on another "big store". That store's receipts have the card number embedded in the receipt. Good deeds from that store differs from your store, while other good deeds from Sam's differ from the other store. I do like that your store scans the products and the receipt upon exiting the store.

Loved the conscience , when I used the app. No more standing in long lines. I even started using it at the fuel pump. Please download the app and used it, you'll loved it.

Came in for chips and drinks and YOU GUESSED IT... I left out with enough food to feed the Washington Commando's. Thank God for Dads who support Moms who support anything their kids sign up for! How could I resist the 32 pk of Hawaiian rolls for sandwiches, the variety boxes of chips and what snack isn't complete without cookies! The store is always neat and clean. I don't know how they do it..great staff! You can't beat the value of large quantity items when you need to purchase things for a large group. I love this store

Shoutout to our local community heroes! We are truly blessed and thankful for being able to have access to the quality of this shopping community! We can find everything we need and even more. We are saving money shopping in bulk, but also we are able to find products that we did not even know existed. The fact that we like to plan out healthy meals and snacks for the week makes this a rewarding experience. We are able to find a lot of products to help us stay healthier physically and economically healthier too. Creppini wraps, egg and sausage breakfasts, fresh veggies and yummy fruits, quality meats, clothing, household products, and don't forget gasoline. They staff is very busy and we are so thankful for their hard work and willingness to help our society stay functional. Covid is a great weight on our economy, services, and over way of life. We are so blessed to have wonderful people willing to help and continue to be excellent!
