The staff at Route 1 Self Storage in Laurel MD is simply wonderful. They are patient and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to this storage facility simply based off of the customer service from their front desk staff!

I had began my journey in the year of 2015 I was referred by a friend and they were pleased with their business model meaning
that Route 1 self storage is family owned there was a welcoming upon arrival and professionalism regarding my storage unit rental and documentation to follow was on point! It is now 2023
so I have returned to Route1 Self Storage and was please with
the same professionalism that they have demonstrated in the past.The storage units are clean and well design and can more than likely accommodate your belonging.

I've had several units here over time. The staff takes great care of the lots. I haven't had any issues that remained unmanaged. And every time I forget my code (which is frequently) they are understanding and unbothered.
