Writing this from the waiting room and I read the reviews and understand why there's such bad review upon immediate arrival. My appointment is at 11, I got here at 10:50am and the door was locked I only got in because someone was leaving. As soon as I walked in I heard "ma'am we're not taking walk ins, do you have an appointment" I said yes with a smile and the woman felt the need to repeat herself louder and I said "yes I have an appointment" she said okay on such a condescendingly disgusting way that I'm scared to go back there if she's my tech and I'm worried that her patient care matches her attitude. I don't care what the excuse is, this should be a patient first place, they're terrible go somewhere else.

Staff is a joke, disorganized, lazy, and no manners they hire what seems like incompetent staff on purpose to make your experience even worse. Had a 10:20 appt they saw all walkins before me and when I complained everyone ignored me waited over 90 minutes WITH an appointment

I received the services of Quest Diagnostics through MEDPEDS in Laurel, Maryland. The Quest Diagnostics invoice for lab work was submitted to my insurance company. My insurance company's Explanation of Benefits (EOB) clearly stated that nearly all of the tests were covered by insurance. Yet, Quest continued to send out invoices for the full amount. This has continued for months. I called to complain on numerous occasions, emailing the insurance EOBs, along with my information, and have yet to receive a return receipt, nor a response. Quest Diagnostic personnel have been completely incompetent and unhelpful. I am still having to deal with this.

I had a really great experience here! I had a lot of anxiety about getting my blood drawn and I've fainted in the past so that made me all the more nervous. The woman that did my blood draw was so sweet and quick (even though it was quite a large blood draw) and asked me questions the whole time to distract me. I wanted to give her a hug when it was done, she really made all the difference!

Good staff but the first thing that came to my mind after the nurse put a sad pice of tape and cotton on my arm was how much they'll charge to my insurance?, almost 1k dollars and you can't even buy a box of well decent band aids?

Definitely an awkward visit . Came to get blood work done . Didn't have to wait long , however there definitely was lack of privacy during my appointment . While I was getting my blood drawn , another patient along with her family member slept barging in the room tryna get the tech's attention , granted their was a language barrier so I see why there was a constant interruption . But all that could have been avoided if the room I was in closed from start to finish . The facility was nice and I appreciate the tech apologizing for the countless interruption . But it could have been avoided .

Absolutely lovely and caring staff. Had to get a ton of blood drawn and they were very attentive to getting the stick the first try and consistently making sure I was fine, proceeding to stop momentarily the moment I asked due to my vision fading. Proceeded to make sure I was fine and wouldn't let me leave until I had color and was fully alright. Shows amazing patient care and the staff seem plenty friendly too

The staff at this location was absolutely amazing. I visited on 1/9/23 as a walk-in patient and after registering I wasn’t pleased with the appointment time I was assigned. After contemplating my appoint time and schedule, I attempted to walk out in frustration.The wonderful receptionist with a beautiful spirit stopped me from walking out and assured me I’d be seen sooner than the scheduled time. The phlebotomist moved through a handful of patients with precision and before I knew it I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes after arriving.What a wonderful experience and such a great team of folks working at the this location. The customer service was impeccable. Keep up the great work!

I don’t write reviews, but I have to say all the staff were excellent, very nice and were very helpful!! One went out of her way to help me call to figure out what the problem was with the urine order. I always have the best experience at Quest. Thank you all!

All staff at the lab were very helpful, friendly and professional. I made an afternoon appointment that morning and arrived about 10 minutes early. The sign-in kiosk had trouble scanning my license but someone came to help in about a minute. From there, they were able to get me registered and labs done about the time my appointment was to begin. Lab results were sent to my doctor later that afternoon.Great experience - I look forward to my next visit to this fine team.

I’m sitting in the waiting room right now and have been waiting for over 10 min and there’s NOBODY here to assist. I said hello?? And then a lab technician came out with an attitude and said she’s with a patient and someone will be with me shortly. Terrible service

I am astonished by the incompetence on display here! A couple of days ago, we scheduled a COVID test for my son and I. We are embarking on a cruise in 2 days, and the test must be done within 2 days. We showed up, and they took us back. Then after minites of scrambling, they tell us they're out of swabs! So one of the Techs darts out to drive to another lab to get swabs. She return 15 minutes later with swabs. THEN, she discovers they were out of test kits! I asked what we were supposed to do, she said to find another place and to have a nice day. Also while we were there, 2 other people came in for walk in appointments, and were turned away by the staff because they said there was no availability. Besides me, there was no one else there! What does the staff possibly do at this facility? Outrageous! Now we're scrambling around trying to find a COVID test at the last minute.

Came there on a Saturday morning and had a bad experience. The door was locked (it was 11:20 and they close at 11:30). So I had to knock when finally another patient let me in. The lady who was working there had a horrible attitude from the beginning and she was apparently angry that I had just walked-in 10 minutes before close. She shouted quite a few times that she had locked the door for a reason. I could even hear her complaining to another patient in another room. Very unprofessional and sad to see people like that working in this profession.
