Under new ownership and Nikki ( the manager) is awful. Very inconsiderate, double books appointments. Judges you depending on how much they think you will spend. Will tell you 5 minute and will have your feet soaking for 30 minutes to secure your service instead of being honest. No updated nail design experience, she will push you towards flower designs from 1995 and will upcharge you for new designs to discourage you from choosing it. I came in, she did my nails and told me she can’t do my toes anymore because her next appointment has arrived despite her commitment to me. There is a nice place further up the street on the opposite side just passed the McDonald’s.

New management. I was upsold and over charged. Where did Annie go?!?!?! I called to make an appointment with her and they scheduled it and when I showed up, she wasn't there smh.

Annie is no longer there, new management. I went to get a fill in, sat in the chair for almost 2 hours no designs just a french fill in and she charged me $85, kept saying my nails were long. Annie never charged me that, it was my fault because I should have asked but lesson learned.

Sign said open and they was servicing a young lady. Website said close at 8. Front door also said close at 8. I was there at 7. All I wanted was for them to remove the gel polish off my toes. I told the young lady im having surgery in the morning on my foot and ankle and I needed to remove all polish before tomorrow. Young lady asked if she could help me and once I told her what I needed she said she was closed. I mean she should of said that upon me entering her establishment. I went around the corner to another nail salon and gave them $20 for a job that was less than 20 mins. I will never give them my business.

I will never ever patronize this establishment anymore. They guy was supposed to give me an overlay. He put too much Gel on my nails, once I showed them they started talking about me.

This nail salon is absolutely amazing. My original nail tech went on vacation and I couldn't find anyone that does extravagant designs, at least what I am use to. I googled nails salons and came across Ann at Pro Nails and I was stunned. I show her a picture from Pinterest and she literally nails it every time. The salon is also very clean and the staff is professional. So if you are thinking twice about this place, think no more GO TRY THEM OUT. You will not be disappointed.

The ladies were so nice and sweet, Mrs Lee, the one who did my nails, was so gentle and and was asking me if anything was wrong every few minutes, me and my mom tipped everyone that day and the prices were very reasonable.Services: Nail art

I got a gel pedicure, my eyebrows waxedand a full set on the 28th of May. The service was great but my nail randomly popped off on June 4th. There always seems to be 1 person who can wax eyebrows successfully. My other nails are getting loose as well and u am not sure why. I have never experienced this before. Every time I come in this shop, they always have non English speaking ametures. Finding the right nail tech has been difficult but meeting Annie has solved this problem. She is an og when it comes to nails. From shaping, to making sure she is not damaging your nails, she is excellent. Located in Laurel, they are a hike from me, but I don't mind the sacrifice. Thanks Annie.Services: Nail painting
