Dorett was so sweet and patient as I was filling out a form for something I've never done before. She was working the drive-thru window and helped us even though we were inside since it was getting busy in there.

Hands down the best PNC or any bank branch I visited. Yonatan greeted with smile and Ruth was polite and completed my wire transfer in no time. Highly impressed. Please check out the ancient locker/vault at reception. Unique building as well.

I have been a customer over 10 years. When I opened my first account there , the bank had an officer who personally handled my accounts but a few years ago they let all of the relationship officers go and replaced them with phone contacts. The bank also had a manager and an assistant manager; they let them go.Presently, they tell you to call and make an appointment if you need to do anything other than a deposit or small withdrawal. When you call, you may wait on line for 5 minutes before anyone answers. This branch, and most other branches are unable to handle deposits and withdrawals, and none of the services that banks normally handle. The workers there don't know the basic banking terminologies. There are no officers in the bank. This branch is nothing but a human ATM, only slower. There are always employees walking around and at 9:30am employees walking in with their breakfast. Customer service is a thing of the past. I'm looking for another bank

Terrible service I went to this branch at 905 amJune 29 2022There was only one customer andI was trying to do a wire transfer and this lady told me I need an appointment that’s ridiculous when she can can do this transfer in 5 minutes

This bank is as bad as all the rest. No help. Checks written from PNC bounce, but they won’t cash them in their own branch as they tell me they are good checks.

Zero star.Called to do a wire transfer they gave me 2:30pm appointment, arrived 2:30pm no one or security at the door, and door was locked started calling and no one answer, a lady finally answer after 40 mins and she placed me on hold for 30 mins and I used another phone to call the lady answered and ask what I want I told her she said I should come to the door that she's sending a security guard to open the door I have been standing her since.then, now I'm writing this review. They wasted my time.

The only problem I have with PNC is that fact that when I started an account with them, I made sure to get an account that did not have the service charges added. Shortly after I started the account BAM they decided they were going to add the service charge. Other then this I have to say staff is wonderful and they have helped me with any issue I have had.

Wants two forms of ID, even if you have an account. 2% fee on top of that. If you are horsetrack owner / local, I'm sure you'll do fine here. Worst PNC I've experienced in a long while. If you're in construction, the disdain is clear.

We always feel like we get VIP treatment when we use this branch location. I know there is a cup of hot coffee waiting to be drank by me, like they know I'm always needing caffeine. I love this staff and today I even got an awesome bear hug! It was even better than the coffee! #PNCfam
