Great customer service (i.e., prompt, answers all my questions, helps me choose the correct service), and they always greet me like I'm a long time friend. Staff is never rude; always smiling and pleasant.

George at Parcel Express is the best! I mistakenly went to pick up my package from UPS before they actually dropped it off at PE. George actually called me when UPS dropped it off and I was able to pick it up same day. Now that's customer service!
