They charge high rate also did not put starch on cotton cloths upon asking said only put starch on thick cotton cloths. I was surprised as I always had starch on my cotton cloths. Bad customer service definitely not recommend.

We have used this cleaner intermittently over the years, and cannot recommend them. There have been several instances where large globs of chemicals have been left in clothes, and turned into a dark dense adhesive that permanently damaged the clothes. I have a pair of grey wool trousers that had it in one of the cuffs (which they partially fixed), and another pair of wool trousers that had this happen in one of the pockets that they did not fix (I can still feel it every time I put my hand in the pocket).The photo in this review is of my son’s suit jacket that they ruined and refused to take responsibility for. It came in with no spots, and came out covered in spots - when asked about it, their response was “Oh, is a stain.” They refused to fix it, and then adamantly refused to refund our money. The manager (a family member) was called (on the phone) and she was just as stubborn. This family doesn’t seem to understand the concept of customer service and personal responsibility.

They did a fabulous job altering a bridesmaid dress for me. High quality and friendly service.
