This a great place and the sales people is friendly, professional and honest. The car is in very good condition, very clean, and the total price of the car is the price of the car plus a couple hundred dollars for license plate and document fees and tax. The loan manager is honest too. I would recommend this place and I would come back.

We had a great experience at Ourisman Mazda of Laurel! We worked with Mohammed who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to find the car we wanted and all of the staff was helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Save your time and don’t go anywhere else?It all started with Muhammad! Then Henry, Keller, Brandon, the entire sales and finance team is outstanding. Buying my cx30 here was so much fun. I contacted this Mazda dealership, pressing the option for the service department on 9/23/2023 around 2:20 PM about having what should be a simple and quick service for my partners Truck. I asked a question and before I could finish talking and gathering the rest of the information I would need to bring it in, the Mazda employee hung up on me. A bit shocked, I immediately called back, the same person answered and I just came out and asked - "Did you hang up on me?" She answered, "no, your call disconnected." The iPhone 14 Pro Max gives a really clear indication when a call fails, it says... Call Failed. That didn't happen, we were in a place where I had full 5G coverage - it was clearly a pretty tactless, pointless and silly thing to do (blatantly hanging up on a customer).I definitely won't be bringing my partners vehicle there - I can see why this dealership is listed as having a rating of 3.9 reviews on google. The ones in Catonsville and Towson have both 4.6 and 4.7 star reviews - I'll take my chances and spend my money in one of those two places instead.Thanks for saving me the trip lady - you are appreciated. :)-Would be customer

Had a wonderful experience of buying a new 2023 Mazda3 2.5 S Select here in late July 2023!Recommend the sales manager Keller Falkenstein, who responded to my email inquiries in a timely manner, provided the best OTD price that NO other dealers in the DMV area can beat.On the day of signing the paperwork and delivery, Keller had Ricardo Campbell (a very friendly and helpful salesman) to greet us at the front door, processed the paperwork and delivered the car in a reasonable time.We got the temp tag as we wanted the car to be registered in VA. The VA metal tag and title came in via the UPS within 4 weeks.So far the car works great and we like it very much!

Poor communication. I called asking for a price on a loaner CX-9 they had for sale. I first spoke with Mike who told me he would get with his manager to get me that price. He then tries to sell me another CX-9 that I was not interested in and then a Mitsubishi Outlander that I did not want. Never heard back from Mike that day. Texted Mike with no response. Called again and Riccardo assured me he could get the price for me from the manager. Never heard back from Riccardo. Another day and Mike finally texts me to say hey man we sold the car but we still have the other car you don't want. I call the dealership to speak with the manager Keller, who failed twice to communicate with his team and myself as he was the one who was supposed to contact me with the price.Unfortunately Keller offered very little explanation or care for the way he and his team failed to do their job. I will not be back.

Had a nice experience working with Chris Phillips purchasing a new car from Ourisman. He was attentive to my needs and able to source the car for me and this is one of the only dealerships not throwing around greedy markups on popular vehicles. Very professional conduct and ithey respond to my calls everytime. It was great working with Keller and their finance team as well. I love the new CX-30, it's the perfect car for my needs and so far, there are no issues.

I had kept my same vehicle for almost 5 years partly because I find the process of going to a dealership very intimidating and exhausting. I know it's how many salesmen are trained, but I strongly prefer not to feel like piranha prey the second I pull into a lot. I don't like being hounded, and I can't stand how salesmen can be so pushy and forceful about making deals the same day. Brandon Torrez was quite the opposite. We were able to walk around the lot a little bit, before coming inside, where we met him. We didn't feel pressured for a second. It was quite refreshing after many visits to other dealers. He spent almost an entire day with us, pulling up vehicle after vehicle helping me decide what model was best for me, and then he proceeded to get us a deal that we feel was amazing and left us very happy. Shaun in financing was also incredible to work with. We are very pleased with our experience and our new car! :)

I've had a good experience with Ourisman Mazda. I've had the car for a year. I reserved comment until I've experienced service. Has my experience been perfect? No. The couple issues I had are with their tire guy, he needs to read the door frame to learn the pressure and double check his work, each trip my pressure has been wrong.However, the reason I'm giving 5 ? is how they work with you. I'm a manager at my full time job. It would be great if all employees were perfect. But we aren't. However, every staff member I've worked with has been professional, courteous, and they communicate with their manager.The Mazda manager corrected a problem I had quickly through his staff. Thats the mark of good service. It's not about being perfect, strive for it but it's unobtainable. But good communication and professionalism to solve your problems...thats what you want.

I have had two bad experiences in a few months and will not return to this dealership. First the parts department could not help me order a part unless I gave them a VIN number, the year and make/model not good enough! Second was regular service, after pulling up and getting out of my vehicle in the service drive, one of the employees walked (stumbled really) by and ran into my side mirror. All he said was was "oops" and kept going. No apology or even acknowledging that he may have damaged my car.When I came to pick up my vehicle, I paid and was given my key, but when I went outside my car was nowhere to be found. It took the service agent 15 min to find my car parked behind the building. What a clown show this place is, not coming back ever.

We recently bought a Mitsubishi from Ourisman. If you can avoid them, it would better. Ultimately, we left with the car we wanted so that's great - but it took us 5 hours and felt like we were at the DMV - trapped & constantly being led to believe that we're almost there. It was so difficult for them to just tell us a price for the car - it felt like they're playing with us and wasting our time. We spent A LOT of money there (and didn't try to negotiate) - you'd think they'd try to make the process less painful. Their back office really is DMV-land - staff act annoyed that you're there - no matter how polite we are. I walked away feeling bad, like we were being duped (and in some ways - worse that they wasted so much time) and just hoping the new car works so that we don't need to interact with them again. If/when we purchase a car, I won't return to Ourisman. And I don't want to touch their service - if this is how they are on the sales side.

Best experience I've had at a dealership. Chris Perry, Christian and Keller are the best. Thank you for helping me find the perfect vehicle to making the trade in and financing process super easy. They got me exactly what I wanted at a price within my budget. If you are in the market for a car, you need to go to Ourisman Laurel!!
