Good but with some staff like Saha who snifle and are arrogant and try to take your change. Better staff training needs to be implemented.

I had a good experience. A year after getting brakes at Merchants in Rockville I had a brake problem. The mechanic took a look and asked if I had the receipt for the previous work and called them. They had torqued the lugs incorrectly and damaged the rotors. They offered to let me return and they'd 'give me' pads and labor but the rotors were on me. I had this mechanic do the whole job rather than go back for marginal savings. I wonder if the mechanic is still there. This is one of five mechanics in my life that did something like this for me. I remember the honest ones.

Was in a rush headed to Cockysville MD & wanted to go to a quality gas station to fill my tank up. The gas pumps are new & nice, pours gas out fast. Nice atmosphere!

I have been visiting exclusively 7570 Montpelier Rd Exxon for the last 4 years for diesel fuel for a 2015 Mercedes E250 sedan. Trusting the brand, never got fuel from anywhere else. After 4 years, the car had a yellow check engine first, then a few days later engine stalled and completely stopped making me stuck in the middle of a road. Leaving it at the repair shop for 3 weeks and after several stressful conversations with the mechanics, it turned out that bad and cloudy fuel with contaminants caused diesel pump damage, breaking the most important part of the diesel engine. The bill was $6000. We also saved a sample of the bad fuel, in case we decide to go to court with this gas station. Shortly, I strongly suggest avoiding this particular location if you have a car with a high efficiency diesel engine.

Update- the owner got involved although it took another round of emails- I did get new shoes as an exchange. Terrible customer service. I emailed about a pair of defective shoes (30 days old) after going to the store. No response to my email after a week. Don't shop here. Bad product and service.

In the beginning there was an old local gas station with a 1 armed owner. Then came "On the run" and their prices were comparable. One armed man goes out of business and On the run was still cheap. Well not now!! Their prices are the highest in the area. Hot dogs cheap but my car does not run on hot dogs. Why so expensive for gas?? Taking advantage of people? Think so. Never will I return unless I am pushing my car. Rip off!!

This location has changed my mind about Charm City Run. I used to live closer to the one in Towson, and I felt like the atmosphere wasn't welcoming at all. This location has a comfortable atmosphere, like the people there actually give a shite. The store is small but it gets the job done. I am enrolled in my first ever training with them, and I think this was a good decision. Picked up some head and hair gear while I was there today, and looking forward to the remainder of the program. If all goes well, I may participate in other training with them and even splurge on another pair of shoes.

Had a fantastic experience! Store employees were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Good customer service is so rare these days. Charm City Run is now my go-to running/shoe store.

Really helpful service. They'll take the time to help you choose the right shoes and answer any questions you have about running if you are a beginner/looking for tips
