She is very kind , and knowledgeable. I called her out the blue when the person whom normally does my hair had to cancel , explained to her I had my 4 year old daughter with me and she was ok with this. I told her as I tell everyone whom touches my hair that I am the most tender headed person in the world. She listened and retwisted my hair in the most painless manner that I didn’t no was possible, still did a great job, also included a wash retwist , dry, and style . I have been taking my daughters to Nela's for over a year now and we love her. She is such a kind and thoughtful person and she is great with children. She is gentle and patient with my girls when they get antsy and fussy. I show her a picture of the style we are looking for and we walk out with exactly what we wanted. Her prices are very reasonable. She has a customer for life!

Nela is a very kind and an incredibly talented hair braider. I am always pleased with the outcome of my hair when she braids my hair. She is also very quick when she braids. I always receive several compliments after Nela braids my hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

After reading Nela's stellar reviews, I contacted her to make an appt. I sent pics of the style I was looking for and asked for the price. It took her awhile to respond, but she told me she had a Saturday appt, but never gave me a price for the style. I asked twice, but no response. Don't waste your time.

I have been going to Nela for about 8 months now, she is very professional but friendly a all round nice person. I am always satisfied with my braids when I go there. I recently had the passion twist done and absolutely love the results.

I called a few places to get prices and Nela not only had the best prices, she also welcomed me to the area. She’s professional, friendly and does a great job.

Nela is very professional. This is the 2nd time I have gotten sengalese braids with her. She ask for the style I like. She is responsive to make appointments and lets me know which hair is best to purchase. Nela is very nice and offered me water and snacks while I get my hair done. She is gentle when braiding. Her pricing is fair as well.

I have know Enole since 2007. I met her at Big G's Hair Salon. I was a walk in and no one wanted to do my natural hair. She immediately told me that she would do my hair when she finished with the client she was working on. She was professional, kind and gentle. She has done my natural hair since then. I get a lot of compliments.

Nela: Hi At work till 7pm tomorrow Is today or Wednesday good for you I work from home and can work late in the night Okay. I have a two year old so tomorrow I have someone to watch her, I can see if I can get a sitter. What are the prices ? Nela: 140 160 180 Depending on size and length Okay great so I will see if I can get someone to watch my daughter on Wednesday. Thank you 😊 Nela: Welcome 😃 Okay so Wednesday is good 😊 will head straight to you as soon as I'm off work! Good morning I get off at 4 so I'm coming straight to you! prices include hair right? And washing hair? Nela: I'm at work till 6.30pm See you at 7pm Okay so I thought that was why we were doing Wednesday I only have a baby sitter until 10 or 11 at the latest. How long does it take? I get off at 4 and can be there by 4:30. Nela: In not there at 4.30 Okay are you going to be able to finish if you start at 7pm? That's why I said what time I got off. And when you said Wednesday I thought you were available Hi, I saw your reviews and they are great! I was looking for pricing on box braids. And if you have tomorrow available I get off at 4. That's what I sent Nela: Can't do 4 Sorry So the question is will you be able to finish if you start at 7 and are you the only person that braids. Am I getting a discount for the inconvenience, your reviews said you were nice so I'm trying to give you a chance. And then she stopped responding, so I will take my time and money elsewhere. Unprofessional, wanted to give them a chance because of the great reviews but guess not. Called the number on the web, first she answered then hung up, and texted. Told her what time I got off and that I scheduled a sitter and she tells me on the day of the appointment that she doesn't come in until 7pm Is this real life?!! Horrible.

I found Nela 5 years ago and have never left. She is one of the nicest people i have met since moving to Marland. Nela is a true artist and professional stylist. I have always been satisfied with my hair styles. I strongly recommend her services whether you are looking for cornrows, micro-braids, locs, or weaves. She is the best!
