Best BANKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN LIFE…… THANK YOU ROY….
First I take pride in teaching the younger children in my family about banking, credit and how to manage both. The Associate Roy really educated my Daughter today on the entire process. He gave detailed instructions ans explanations while providing excellent advice and guidance throughout the process. The only complaint I have is why NAVY FEDERAL has handcuffs on this Guy he should be a trainer or part of management because I never felt more comfortable giving my money to anyone in my life.

I love this location usually I don’t have to wait a long time to get waited on. Today seems rather unusual though.

Update May 2024
Long lines and rude. But the greeter did greet everyone.
Update
Two tellers and 17 people in line. Once again the greeter did not greet anyone and on her phone. The most disappointing navy federal location.
They moved locations and now have less tellers. The front greeter is a rude young lady who doesn't help or greet anyone, she has her head down on her phone and gets mad if you ask her a question. The place is always crowded and most of the workers are frustrated tired and treat you as such.

The representative Johnny at the front desk and Ms. Terry and Mr. Roy provided professional, respectful service.
Walking in I was going to go straight to the long line. But my instinct told me to speak with Mr. Johnny first. Thank you so much. He deserves respect and management opportunities for the superb customer service he showed. Give him bonuses and a raise. The company owes you Paid lunches and breakfasts.
Keep your head up Sir.
God made you a blessing. Thank you.

It was about 8:45am on a Friday morning. I used the ATM to pull out a large amount of cash from another bank to add to my NFCU account... unfortunately the cash didn't come out of the ATM, and of course I'd never had that happen before so I went into panic mode. My thoughts were that I'd never be able to prove I didn't actually receive cash since my other bank showed the ATM withdrawal. At this exact moment bank employees were walking in through the lobby where the ATMs are to go into the bank... I stopped an employee but she told me they open at 9a... and walks inside the bank, I asked another employee and again the same thing happened and got no assistance, relief or understanding. So much was riding on this transaction that morning and I couldn't wait to get help, but I did wait with as much patience as I could. Eventually I believe it was a manager that came out to the lobby to speak with me, he stated the transaction would need to be handled by my other bank first, that was helpful and pointed me in the right direction for a solution. The issue is how I was made to feel so low by the other bank employees who aren't there to be of service to others instead their egos drove them to be condescending and mean instead of caring and considerate. Sadly this is typical of most in the service world lately and it's hard to find people who actually care a little about others and their needs just enough to help out.

If my spouse weren’t so insistent on using this bank, I would never ! If you really need a customer centered credit union, John’s Hopkins federal credit union and secu are better. Less wait times. Less technical stuff. This bank doesn’t even have a way for you to email documents to them and their portal doesn’t work. The line was forever. In my other bank, I walk straight up to the teller, have been in and out and had my problem fixed, and was able to print documents at their office to help with more trips. Navy Federal is not customer centered. It is federation centered. And the person who helped me looked at me like I had a booger on my face or something. Didn’t not get the help I needed and did not feel welcomed here

I just Recently joined Navy Federal and went into the bank for the first time today. I was greeted well and spoke with a agent who was extremely professional. I wanted to add money to my checking and savings so I got a teller named Johney and he wasn't professional at all. Kind of rude and very short. For this to be my first time in Navy Federal that wasn't a good experience at all. I understand people have good and bad days but to be short and rude to a new customer is very bad service. I had other questions but I didn't ask because of his negative attitude!!

These people turn me down every single time I try to do business with them! I make all of my car payments on time! I pay my little secured credit card on time! If I try to ask them for a $5 loan they'll turn me down instantly!?? I can go to any one of my other two credit unions and I can get any loan that I want! I'm so done with this credit Union! My next move is I'm going to refinance my auto loan and be done with them! Goodbye!
