NAPA Auto Parts is a main hub in Maryland with very good parts that fit well. They offer same day free delivery within 10-15 miles, which comes in handy. There is trained personnel who provide very good service. However, some personnel are not sufficiently trained for customer service. Sometimes they provide the wrong part, leading to trouble and returns. Some find everything a little overpriced compared to other stores, but they often have what customers need.

My go to place for my small business needs! Some of the parts are quality parts you'll find in many online major retailers, but at a cheaper price. Registering your business gets you a discount too! Service is good, but I feel they need more cashiers sometimes and definitely more pickers in the warehouse.
