Great customer service! Needed all four brake pads and rotors changed and got me in ASAP and had no problems after the fact. Also fixed a reoccurring problem I've had with leaking break fluid. Very understanding and down to earth people to do business with.

My brand new BMW M3 was sideswiped by wolverine himself. Not sure what could cause this damage to my car. Nevertheless I took it to Rodney who is the main guy in the body shop. They had my car out within a week and had it looking brand new. The car has a custom paint job so I was skeptical bringing it anywhere else. Rodney and Tyler are top notch and their quality is unmatched. Thanks for getting me back on the road guys.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change for them online. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and they said I had to cancel the Groupon but they would honor the price. Made an appointment for 3pm the next day. When I arrive the next day for my appointment on time they said there was a wait. I showed them what I paid for the Groupon and they said they wouldn't honor the price. Absolutely terrible. In their response they saod they don't have a Groupon for auto body but I didn't get a Groupon for auto body, I got one for an oil change, which they would not honor (despite me calling a day ahead of time, making an appointment, and the owner telling me in the phone that they would honor the Groupon price of the OIL CHANGE). This is the right location (the same address that is listen on Groupon). See the attached photo. You don't do Groupons for auto body. I know, but you literally have one listed on Groupon right now for conventional, semi synthetic, and full synthetic oil changes. Stop lying through your teeth now to try to fix a poor review

When I lived in Laurel, this was the best auto shop. They never tried to go over on me, very honest, very friendly and great work! Highly recommend for your car repairs!! The guys there are awesome and give great advice. Sometimes I would go there thinking something bad happen with my car but they would just clarify things for me instead of charging me.

They took very good care of my car and the beat all the other body places prices that I got a quote from. They do more than just body work there. They have even did custom work on my cars. They will be the only spot that will touch my cars.

Excellent experience. I checked with other shops and this one was faster and better priced. And, yes, my car was ready the next day! They are also very nice people.

I came into the shop in February because my check engine light was on. Paid thousands to have it fixed. Check engine light comes back on. Pandemic happened. 2 months later light is still on and i go back shop and Ricky says i have to pay more money. I pay more money for another part that he forgot to mention, wait for it to get here, wait for Ricardo to install it. Light still on. He says wait a week and the light will go out. Month later light is still on and he says oh i forgot, you have to buy another part. It’s just up sell after up sell with no results. Do not go to these people if you want your car fixed.

They nearly ruined my car because of leaks caused by the after market plug and oil filter that Nankee put on and started leaking to where a month later the dipstick was bone dry.

Had an appointment for an alignment, drive 30 minutes to get there and was told that they dont do alignments in the rain... A courtesy call would have been nice
