Nail techs were nice, did a good job. Part I was not happy with was that my daughter and I both picked the $45 pedicure but with gel polish. Usually it is $5 or $10 extra when I substitute gel at other salons. They did not mention and I guess it is somewhat my fault for not asking specifics, but they charged me $20 each extra for us to get gel. That almost a whole additional pedicure, just for the gel polish. $20 extra for me to get gel polish when the whole bottle probably cost that much. Never have I heard a salon charging $20 extra for gel polish. Then when I was paying and got the total, that's when he told me. Poor customer service when questioned about it as well.

I recently visited Nail Expo and had the pleasure of getting my Gel-X nails done by Vincent. He did an amazing job! Vincent is incredibly artistic and attentive to detail. Every time he does my nails, they look stunning and exceed my expectations. The quality and durability of his work are top-notch. Amazing, Tina is one of their best workers. She’s so dedicated and stayed late just to finish our nails. She did my nails perfectly and took such good care of me, and made my natural nails look so amazing.
She also is very calming and loved talking to me and my mother. My mom had an amazing time talking with Tina about life and being mothers, and she of course loved her gel X acrylic nails. I see why everyone loves this place, I’m coming back again, thank you Tina!!
Cleanliness: Very clean, everything was separate and cleaned between uses. Everything is done with care and done over in detail, and never makes us sit at a just used station.
Stylist: Tina is so friendly and loves giving advice or just talking about life. She also is so kind and always compliments us and our nails.

My experience every time I come here is so calming. The staff are really nice and consider your requests. Vincent always does an amazing job on my manicures and does really great nail art. I highly recommend!!
Requested style: I usually get almond shape and the look I end up with either matches my vision or exceeds!

This is my go-to nail salon and the only one I know of in the area that offers Gel-X. Vince, the owner, is very personable, professional, and has a wonderful team. I've never had a bad experience here - service is quick with great quality. I've brought my now 6 year old daughter for her mani/pedis and they're great with her! Would definitely recommend Nail Expo!

Nail Expo never disappoints. Not only do they provide you with great service, and relaxing environment...but the nails LAST. I got my gel x set done on April 3rd and they lasted until I was able to make it back on May 23rd. Not one broken or lifted nail. If you go Vincent and Tina are both absolutely amazing!

When I first moved this was my favorite place to go to. Quality has went down. Gel x broke less than 3 days after getting full set. Came in and the lady who fixed my nails made me very uncomfortable. Brought up scars I had on my arm.... Slapped my arm and said shame on me and that I was too pretty to be depressed.She then went outside and was laughing with other coworkers. I come to get my nails done to be relaxed not to be made fun of for something that happened 7+ years ago. She also didn't even match the length in nails that broke. Never coming back here super unprofessional.

Don’t let the employees park directly in front of your store in the front row taking spots that should be reserved for their paying customers especially ones with mobility issues. I saw one lady have to walk a ways due to their inconsideration.

Everything was okay until the staff started doing the pedicure. They were talking in their native language which I had no idea of what they were saying. I felt this was rude and disrespectful. It is one thing to be bilingual and to converse with others who speak the language, but it is another thing to do this in front of customers who do not know the language. It is just not a good business practice. I am bilingual, but I would never disrespect another person by carrying on a conversation in a language that other people in the setting did not know. I will never go back to this salon again. Also, this was not the best pedicure I have had.

The owner Vincent is the BEST! My dip manicure looks perfect, every single time. My nails are healthy as well. The entire team is nice, and all do a great job. The salon is clean, good color section and quiet.

Highly recommend. Vincent is 10/10, I came in with a few inspiration pics, not knowing exactly what I wanted to do for my vacation nails. Vincent used his creativity and expertise to give me the nails that I’m extremely satisfied with. The shop itself is clean and relaxing, I tried Gel X for the first time and it’s so light weight and natural that I think it will
be my new go to option.
