This store sell used phones as new ones. Pls guys, be very careful of you giving them any information about your line pin. The collect money without giving you receipts for any transactions you do with them. I had a very very bad experience with them in this store . Once again guys, pls be very careful with this store.

I visited to pay a bill for someone. The place smelled horrid. There was one representative handling the phone customer and 2 of us that were in the store. I tapped my debit card and apparently tapping shuts down the whole system and it had to be rebooted so that I could swipe instead. I couldn't wait to run out of there and breathe clean air!

CARLOS IS AMAZING. Added my new line of service with no problem his customer service was on point. Actually one of the best experiences when it comes to having to go to the store directly. I loved the young lady and young man that helped me. I walked out with two $400+ phones for 20.00 each and two tablets for 15 each. And two cases and screen protectors. All this on a weekend only promotion. They were awesome. I thought i was being punked for a minute. The service was amazing. Store was clean. Ill be going back.

I have contacted Meteo PCS about the same issues on no less than 10x. I have gotten a literal run around from the store, customer service, tech support, Samsung diagnostic centers, insurance and warranty administrators. These are the mist I'll trained group of folks I have ever seen I have never rec'd the same directive twice. These reps are making up solutions as they go along. There are no standard policies and procedures. I have.been lied to and passed on to another person with less solutions than the last. I am frustrated to no end. My advice is to NEVER EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH METRO PCS.
