My Wife had issues with her line, so we went there to get it sorted out. The big guy was very kind and polite,he fixed the line. Recommended.

Customer service was terrible. Four customers waiting in the store with only one employee working. Second time this has happened two days in a row. Looking for a new carrier.

Beware customers! Stay AWAY from this particular Metro PCS store "3533 Laurel Fort Meade Rd, Laurel, MD 20724". They are scammers & should have there dealership license with MetroPC revoked! ! The representative was very unprofessional, rude and nasty.They will make you to pay twice the amount of the same Iphone 7 Metropcs official website is advertising for $29.99. The worst part is that they will charge you a tax of over $22 on a phone as opposed to the States 6% tax. They are really giving MetroPCS a bad name and I wouldn't have gone to this particular store in the first place had the store in my area have in stock the Iphone 7. I'm glad I didn't purchase my line with this store and left immediately when I saw the discrepancy. I pray they go out of business very soon because this is not a way to run a business by driving away genuine customers and tarnishing the MetroPCS corporate office's image!

Can't give it negative stars so it gets a 1....even this is too much credit! Went into to store and upon shopping for plans, was sold a family plan with 5gb data per device (4). Learned later my devices/account "not authorized" for hotspot data. Metro PCS website even advertises all plans have hotspot data. Upon going into the store, both the clerk and store owner Abdul advises...nope no data. Upon asking what my recourse is for being LIED to by this store, was told by clerk "not my problem". Even Abdul said call customer service, nothing he can do.......THIS IS A SHAM BUSINESS WITH UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AT THIS STORE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT LIE TO THEM TO SELL A SERVICE!!!!!!!!

They attempted to overcharge me tax on an iPhone Se. they attempted to overcharged me by almost $40.00. And offered the excuse that tax is based on the price of the phone before it went on sale. Extremely dishonest, they still maintain this practice

I visited this store on Sunday, August 11th. I had been to another Metro PCS stores on Route 197 in Laurel MD, when I decided to give this place a try. After my interaction with the staff at the other store, I was desperate, frustrated, losing hope and pretty much had decided never to deal with Metro PCS again. I arrived and there was one, lone person there, Angela. Right away, I noticed how patient, friendly and helpful she was, so I began to hope. By the time she got to me, she was knee deep with customers. I volunteered to wait for the next customer, since my problem was complicated. Undaunted, Angela greeted me warmly and began to work out my problem. All the while, she was talking to the lady behind me in Spanish and assisting her, as she continued working on my phone. As I expected, my problem took some time, but thanks to Angela's patience and persistence, my problem was resolved rather timely, as Angela multi-tasked and took care the two customers behind me in line. Angela is amazing! Before I came, I was DONE with MetoPCS. The staff at the other store was unprofessional, unhelpful and uninterested in the problems I was having with my phone. They made no attempt to assist me and quickly dismissed me (even though I was the only customer in the store.) But, thanks to Angela, I am enjoying my phone and I now have renewed faith in MetroPCS! I will return to THIS store again and again because of her. She deserves a BIG raise!! She handled every customer with courtesy, patience and did not allow the pressure of the day to compromise her professionalism. THANK YOU, ANGELA!
