Today I had a bad experience with the lady who works the afternoon shift, she could not solve a problem that they always helped me with beforehand, she was not friendly at all and with a negative attitude she told me that she could not help me, that I should call costumer service, it's a shame that they hire people like that, they didn't want to give me their name either, now I'll have to go to another store where they provide better service. I have been here 3times and is the best Metro Store ever .The customer service is amazing and the combo I got for adding my daughter to my line was very reasonable ????she love her Samsung phone ✌️
