I like the store because of the friendliness of the staff, because of everything that is sold and I find what I need but please update your receipt that you give to the customer, it is not possible for everything to always say product and the price vegetables and the price I often go out With the doubt if they have charged me exactly what I brought, I have even returned to ask what product or vegetable the price refers to. I had not visited this particular laurel megamart for several months.I have been to others and very good quality and cleanlinessBut this. The truth is very disappointingToo dirty messyThe meat area reeks of rotting seafood.And the dining area is the same with a dirty appearance.It is a pityYou just hope to see more orderly and neat.They are appreciated for their service to the community and as I say, other places like those in Virginia are very neat, very clean.Don't let this one of laurel damage your good image

I have bought avocados about four times and the four times they have come out, they are not of good quality, they are bad avocados and so the gallon milk comes out expired and cut apart from that it is expensive to mash and they alter your account every time you get bills in The vegetables always change the price if you take three pounds, they charge you 4 pounds, they notice a specific invoice with the name of the product, and they bill you for the product like three times at the time of paying almost a heart attack with the big bill.

Bad attention from the cashiers, they are very pedantic and do not pay attention to what they charge, they mark things 2 or 3 times when you only have one.If you have good products, but the attention of the cashiers is the worst ??

At the Chillum mega mart they sell expired products. Today I went to complain about a piece of bread that my baby ate and it was expired. My baby's nanny alerted me and when I got home from work I saw that when I uncovered the bread, it was green from birth. I went to the store. The next day to complain and they come out more Bravo than one, the cashier insisted on returning my money. That's when I told them that I would call the police and I already sent an email to the mayor of the area. The government should close these stores or have the grocery products inspected. government

The service is horrible, the cashiers are pedantic and I have been through practically all of them. I dare to write because I see that I am not the only one who has had a bad time there, horrible, horrible, seriously!! The cashiers who think they own it, I don't understand why with so many bad reviews the superiors don't act!

I do find what I need. However, I was told by them to call ahead of time to get my order ready, they don't answer the phone at all! When I went back and let them know about their phone, they told me they have been aware but haven't done anything about it!!

I had bought these cookies, only to find that they had a nutrition label that was misinforming the public. Claiming it to be 10 calories for 8 cookies when in reality it was 90. Something about this seems off and I’m not sure if it was the store or the distributer who ILLEGALLY placed this misleading label. If no attention is brought to this situation, then I will have no other option than to take matters into my own hands.
