Really friendly owner with great prices. We told him our needs (guest room) and didn’t want to spend too much and he found the perfect mattress that met our needs. It’s been about six months all our guests have loved it, absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new mattress and I would tell others to at least check here before you look elsewhere because you will get top notch service and good prices without sales pressure.

I recently was looking for a Queen size mattress with my daughter on this past Saturday and we went into Mattress Universe and was greeted by Steve. He was very informative about each mattress. The store was very clean and he provided a new cover for me to use to lay on while testing serval mattresses. He never pressured us to buy in any way. I finally found the perfect mattress and at the best price. Steve set up my delivery for Monday and now I sleep the best I have in years! I highly recommend all to go see Steve who is the owner for the best quality in mattresses and service,

I went to 5 different stores before I stop by to Mattress Universe. Steve made our job so easy to pick out the right mattress. Not only he gave us good discount but he was very knowledgeable about his mattress and knew exactly what we were looking for. what can i say about this place?! first & foremost, Steve the owner definitely went above & beyond to help my husband & i find our new mattress. i had mentioned to him before that we had a memory foam mattress & he taught me about the different kind of mattresses there are & what may be best for my husband & i. we decided on which mattress we wanted to buy & we set up our delivery for the day after next! the delivery guys were super friendly & great, super professional.my favorite part of this all, i had THEE BEST sleep on that mattress the first night. my husband & i both slept like babies & woke up super refreshed the next day. definitely going to refer everyone i know to Steve & Mattress Universe!

I brought a new full size mattress that fit into my budge at mattress universe. I was really pleased with my purchase and will visit the store again. The staff had excellent customer service. I really appreciated the staff taking the time to explain to me about what to look for in a quality mattress. I was able to ask a lot of questions about the mattress and felt the staff was honest in their response. The delivery process was fast and safe. The staff also set up the mattress and adhere to COVID-19 guidelines. The original mattress I purchased was out of stock at the time of delivery, so the staff upgraded the mattress without an additional cost. As a realtor, I work with my clients to help them transition to their new home, I now have a place to send my clients when they are looking for a quality bed(s).

Needed a new top mattress and Steve delivered. The store is very clean and organized. His customer service was great and his prices were reasonable. He also had the mattress in stock, so I didn't have to wait for delivery. I will return for future purchases.

This is the place to go if you need to buy a new mattress. Don’t waste your time going to other stores or searching online. Steve the owner beat all prices I saw online and in other stores. If you tell him what you are looking for and your budget, he will make it happen. He has a nice selection of beds in his store. The delivery was on time and quick and easy. The guys carried the bed upstairs and set it up for us. We love our new bed! Thanks, Steve.
