Thomas Charles has a customer for life! He is the epitome of excellence in customer service. When shopping for a couch, we found something we liked but were uncertain about the sectional configuration. Thomas cheerfully rearranged furniture for over an hour with us until we found something we loved. He was an absolute delight to work with. If you’re in the market for any kind of furniture, stopping by Marlo’s and asking for Thomas is a MUST!
