Thank you for your great CD rates, for the convenient Laurel location, and for participating in the useful shared branch service with my other credit union. But mostly, thank you for the great service I receive at your Gorman Road office. I am especially thankful for Miriam S. Everyone is polite and efficient, but Miriam really stands out!! That's what keeps customers coming back.

Honestly I’m just annoyed with this bank. They just want customers to pay fees, and more fees. They continue to allow transactions to go through even though I didn’t have enough funds to pay the amount. This isn’t the first. Which I have to pay $29.00 fee, again.Then the communication with them. At least some bank and credit union are open 6 days a week, and with support on the app to speak with someone. No you have to wait for weekday during business hours to speak with someone that could take 45 minutes to hour. I don’t know why they person suggested that I sign up and get a market USA federal credit union bank account. I honestly reject that decision.

I have been with Market USA Federal Credit Union for 51 years. I can say without a doubt I trust them with my accounts. Their customer service and knowledge is outstanding! I am proud to see them grow to this fine establishment through out the years.

Update: Two weeks into this and another set of Visa cards sent and they still are being denied. I have been a member of the credit union for over 40 yrs and have never seen such incompetence. I just called and cancelled the card.3/30/23 Market USA changed the company that issues its credit card a week ago which I have held for years to "Card Services" They should be called "Incompetent Services" They tried to send new cards which I didn't request, they never showed. I called, spoke to Jasmine, said they would send replacements in two days, didn't show. Called again, diff supervisor said, Jasmine gave wrong info. Cards show up Fri, I activated them. Cards being denied?? Called card services Saturday, Jacob can't help, Credit Union closed. WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE

Miriam at this office has been VERY helpful and very knowledgeable on explaining to me how to log onto online banking. I had problems today with e statements and.came back today and she took the time to show me & to explain how to pull them up and email them to my attorney I really appreciate everything she did for me both days! She is a very valuable employee! Thank you So MUCH MIRIAM!?

Worst customer service ever. Any payment made except in person has a $6.50 to $15 service fee which is never mentioned. STAY AWAY!!!

I just came back from the MarketUSA Federal Credit Union today in Laurel, MD. ya'll, I have to tell you, I cant speak highly enough about the Teller who provides service at that location. Her name is "Miriam". She is one of the most courteous, professional, funny and respectful people I have ever met! She makes it fun & exciting to come in to MarketUSA everyday for service! DO NOT EXPECT A TITLE TO YOUR VEHICLE FOR ATLEAST 2 MONTHS WITH THIS BANK. MY COMPANY PAID A LIEN OFF ON 9/22, THEY ARE TELLING ME 5-7 WEEEKS FOR LIEN RELEASE. IT IS A NORTH CAROLINA TITLE AND ALL THAT HAS TO BE DONE IS GO ONLINE TO RELEASE THE LIEN ELECTRONICALLY AND THE NC DMV WILL PRINT THE TITLE AUTOMATICALLY. THIS INSTITUTION IS IN VIOLATION OF NC GENERAL STATUTE 44A-24.11 WHICH SAYS THEY HAVE 30 DAYS TO RELEASE THE LIEN.

I want to give a big shout-out to the Market USA Federal Credit Union associates, Gorman Rd, in Laurel, Md.I have been a Market USA Credit Union member for over 30 years. In the past seven years, I have been in contact with two main associates, Ketan Pancholi and Cheryl Jarrett; I call them my guru of the MKTUSA business. Don"t ever finance with these people. I financed a car through them, transfered to another bank to lower the payment. This was a few months ago. They waited until there was an increase on the interest charges to contact me. In turn, this lowered my credit score.

My past experiences have been pleasant enough to return. Unfortunately, the last teller that I interacted with was very nasty. Her attitude upon my entry into the bank was as if I was interrupting her. The transaction went downhill from there. Needless to say, I'm glad I don't have to use this credit union on a regular basis. They seem extremely antiquated in their processes and operate in a limited capacity. Based on my experience today, I will not be returning and do not recommend this particular branch.
