Bruik in the glass department was extremely helpful to me on the phone and then again in the store. he could see I was a bit uncomfortable, caring, cut glass, so after he packaged it carefully, he took it to the front of the store for me and then had someone bring it to my car. My hats off for excellent service at the Lowe's in Lor. The checker was very helpful, and when I called him by phone, the phone was answered and my questions were Answered quickly

Lowes is a place to find tools and products for home improvement. They have a garden section that incudes vegetable plants, flowers, and trees. I enjoy going there.

This store is the worse place manager so rude unhelpful annoying people I when to exchange a set of chairs and the price is higher than I paid and he doesn’t want to Mach the price he just said no because now price change from two weeks ago.

The cashier and even the customer service desk doesn’t know much about MyLowes Reward to redeem $5. I’m glad I got the $5 off from the customer service desk but really if someone that isn’t nice as me would have a serious problem if they didn’t get $5 off from there most purchase at Lowe’s.

In store stock is often short of what the website states. Inventory is sometimes hard to find, because it's place in the wrong bin locations and that's in the morning when the store opens. But, the staff is very nice and make good attempts to help you find items.
Inventory has improved and the employees are still great and ready to help.

I'm never buying anything from Lowe's again.
I spent thousands of dollars on appliances, including a refrigerator, an over-the-range microwave, and an electric range, among others. They delivered a microwave that doesn't work at all, which I had installed by a professional, so the issue isn't with the installation. When I tried calling and speaking with the appliances department, they were unhelpful and insisted that I deal with the manufacturer directly, even though the machine was brand new and I had purchased it less than a week ago. It doesn't make sense to waste so much time just to get a microwave replaced.

Do not do in store pick up on a weekday and come after work. Two store associates have passed me asking if anyone had helped me. To which the only made annoucements via a button.
