Brought my new truck in at 8:30 am to be sprayed with Line X. I received a phone call at 11:00 am saying that I could come pick up my truck. It looks beautiful and wasn’t plastered with a bunch of Line X emblems or stickers. I had the product Bullet put on my last truck which the guy installed no less than 4 badges all over the truck. The owner even offered to follow me and my truck a few miles away so that I could drop it off to get a hitch installed. He then gave me a ride back to the shop on Davis St in Laurel So that I could return to my work truck and head off to work for the day. This is customer service at its best.

They did a great job on my truck. The liner quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. Debbie answered all my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. They finished the work when promised, and I highly recommend this location.

I purchased a retractable tonneau cover from Line-X. I paid to have the cover installed by them. They did a great job, and were able to install it in such a way that the bed extender didn't have to be removed. I'm really happy with their work and customer service.

Entire crew were friendly and professional. Their pricing was fair and matched the corporate website, so they're not trying to overcharge you. If you plan on getting work done to your vehicle, make sure to bring a lawn chair and something to entertain yourself. Because of the CORVID-19, I was unable to wait indoors (no complaints). I made the mistake of not bringing anything, and waiting the entire duration on my feet. That's on me though. Overall, they delivered and honored their price. I would go back and recommend it to friends.

Went back to have my leer bed cap sprayed and was disappointed to find out that the guy who originally sprayed it no longer worked there. The owner was incredibly rude to the staff and seemed to try and talk me out of getting the bed cap sprayed. After dealing with the owner and watching how he treated his staff, I wouldn't recommend going to the laurel shop.
