Good Company. I bought a Schutt F7 helmet with an EGOP III Facemask. The order didn't take long at all but the facemask was missing from the order. I called them and they immediately sent another on the spot with no questions asked. I can appreciate a company who owns a mistake and immediately makes it right with the customer.

Ordered some track spikes a couple days ago, within 1 full day of ordering my order was confirmed and already started the shipping process. Customer support was quick and informative, even after business hours, I got a response within a minute or two. 10/10

Horrible experience. FYI: when they advertise "overnight shipping" and you pay all the extra money for FedEx "overnight shipping", don't expect your pkg the next day or the following day. IT WILL GET THERE WHENEVER IT GETS THERE!!! According to League Outfitters, FedEx doesn't deliver on weekends. Avoid this place altogether. In an emergency situation like ours, they really let us down.

Ordered 2 helmets online for my son and it did not fit. Decided to come in the store to see additional sizes. Zach was such a big help! He suggested things to help with my son having a small head. He even saved me the headache of putting the helmet together and refund/exchange process went smooth! Thank you Zach!

The shorts I ordered arrived with a brown stain on the back... appalling. I really hope it's not from what I think it is. I am never ordering from here again, I'd give -10000 stars if I could. AND I was told I'd have to PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK! This company is a scam do not shop here!

Bought six pairs of shorts. Cheap material cut wrong. I'm not sure these are even legit brands or knock-offs. No pockets, my fault did not read full description, but in 2024, who pays to ship back faulty products? This company will not get my repeat business. Careful on doing orders online company seems a tad shady.

IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD. BRADY, WOW, THIS SALES REP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SECURE MY ORDER. HIS COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW UP WAS EXCEPTIONAL. FROM START TO FINISH HE LOCKED IN MY ORDER, AND PUT TOGETHER EVERYTHING AS NEEDED. DEAD LINE WAS CRITICAL, AND HE MADE SURE TO GET IT DONE. GREAT SERVICE THAT I PUT AN ADDITIONAL ORDER IN WITH HIM. I was impressed from my very first conversation with one of the League Outfitters Service representatives, I wanted to buy one item and I wasn't sure they sold single items.His response was immediately yes they did and he continued to relieve my concerns about the sizing of the item I ordered.He placed my order and within a surprisingly short period of time the tee shirt was delivered and fit perfectly.Because of there great response to my small order,they have won me over as a loyal customer.

Highly disappointedI ordered cleats for my son, paid for them only to have order cancelled days later???Now I'm scrambling to get another pair...Website STILL SHOWED CLEATS AVAILABLE until customer service took them off directly.Do sell something you dont haveclearly League Outfitter can not be trusted.
