Gym has been remodeled which is A+ what makes this gym a not to go is the staff members, they are rude and very incompetent. I get it you have a gym policy , but make sure you are applying that policy to every gym member not just someone you can easily intimidate. Unacceptable! Don’t waste your money here! Go somewhere else!!!!

Nice location and gym for the most part.
I dislike how management locks up the equipment due to theft, MISSING weights and a few rusting equipment. Let's talk about the equipment wipes, cheap and dried out if they're available to wipe the machines! This LA is way better than most I visited, but they can do better. The front desk check-in staff is amazing. The membership service staff are clueless (ask them a question; they say "IDK") I'm guessing they only know how to make sales ??♀️ not willing or try to help and always lounging and talking loudly through their shift. Yes, clean lockers, bathrooms, and saunas. Going to this gym after 4 pm is like going to a whole in-the-wall club. I recently relocated and enjoyed my 3-day trial, but decided to go elsewhere for a membership.

I was attended to by Roxana Guerra, who was very attentive and special. She explained all the services of the gym. I was totally grateful and convinced that it is a perfect place to modify your body.

Kingsley (Sales Rep) and Jaime (Head Trainer) are the most unprofessional and dishonest people working there. When I asked Kingsley questions during the sign up process, he quickly developed an attitude “When are you going to stop asking questions and discuss payment”. Once we discussed money and I signed the agreement, I realized from staff at the LA Fitness corporate office that much of the information he told me about the policies were incorrect. When I tried cancelling my personal training Jaime up-charged me and said I had to pay $1300 in order to break the agreement. When I questioned the high price, he developed an attitude and said, “Nobody held a gun to your head and forced you to sign the agreement”. Once again the corporate office said that was incorrect and I only had to pay $400. I say all this to say, there are other gyms out there with cheaper rates, more amenities, and honest and hospitable staff. I made the mistake of joining this gym. Do not make the same mistake. Don’t say nobody warned you.

this gym is quickly going downhill. i’ve been coming here for 3, close to 4 years. at first this gym had everything i needed but as of lately, there’s definitely been a shift in management. i thought with the fact they renovated the place over a year ago, other members would finally respect this place and start putting their weights back, but no. the dumbbell rack is unorganized, weights are left on free weight machines, plates and dumbbells scattered throughout the facility. don’t get me wrong, from time to time, i see staff clean up and i even hear them on the intercom to remind people to put their weights back, but even then, nothing is changing. they seriously need to enforce that rule somehow.
maintenance is another issue. there’s a handful of machines that are down for weeks or months on end. what is taking so long with maintenance? so keep that in mind if you do decide to join, it can be an inconvenience if you’re going at a busy time. and don’t don’t even get me started on if they do even bother fixing a cable machine, it WILL end up broken again within that same week.
last thing, INSECT INFESTATION. i’ve seen one roach a couple weeks ago and even had my brother tell me he saw another a while back. yack. i’d rather not take the risk on taking one back home with me. i also noticed a colony of ants in the corner on the outside of the cycle room. and one time, a bug crawling out of the toilet paper roll which made my bladder immediately go away.
all this is to say, being a member here lasted as long as it did but i’m glad that i switched gyms.

No glaze, but the front desk employee SHAY ROBINSON, makes my experience so enjoyable. She start of volleyball and I enjoy the energy she brings to the court.

Love this location because the stuff keeps it clean they are friendly. Especially I’d like to shout out to Roxy. She is very helpful and encouraging stuff member.
