I agree with David. Purchased a vehicle here that should not have passed inspection. I encourage everyone with a similar experience to report them to the Maryland State Police, who hold jurisdiction on motor vehicle inspection licenses. Do not purchase a vehicle here.5 years later and it turns out the vehicle I purchased had it's odometer rolled back, found this out when attempting to sell. This absolutely tanks the value, and it's illegal.Do not buy a car here.

They received 1 star just to leave the review. my experience with ki motors was the worst car buying experience in 39 years. 90 day warranty not excepted anywhere I took it including dealer. 8,000.00 dollars and the check engine light came on before I got home. They would not help or return call. As i am still helping pay for a car that doesn't drive. Thanks for nothing ki motors. Still waiting for a response.

Bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Ki Motors. From the start it was a lemon. The engine light came on, on the way home. The warranty was of no help and we were told it covered everything more than once. From the beginning the problem was never addressed . The car sits like a lawn ornament with money owed. No call backs....being totally ignored by Ki Motors.

Wish I could give this place one star . Do not buy any vehicles here . I'm sorry but my sister bought her car here and the engine light came on the next day . My sister is young so the snake oil sales man took advantage of her . It's been almost 2 months and Mr John refuse to fix any of the problems on the car . He continue to tell her when the loaner car is available they would take care of the engine light problem . When she put gas in the car struggles to start . And I don't know how the car pass md sate inspection because all her tires on the car are dry rotten and there's no traction. I went there to talk with him and he said he's gonna fix the issues but never did . He just makes excuses and excuses next I'll be calling my lawyer and report them to the necessary authorities.

a few months ago I bought a car for the first time (Honda Pilot 2009) and I was very excited, the first day I drove the car home I realized that the windshiel was broken, at that time I called john who was the one who sold me the car and told me they could not do anything and then in the first week the engine light came on and I called them, I took the car and they told me it was the catalyst and they did not do anything either, a few weeks ago I took my car to Honda dealer and there they told me all the problems that the car has and among them the most important is that the rings Pistons have to change them and it is a very expensive job, another problem is the shock absorbers I have to invest a lot of money to that car the worst purchase of My life and the worst place to buy a car, I called them and it is never are available, the worst experience I do not recommend it to anyone. they never tried to communicate with me ... NEVER?

John from Ki Motors is the man. He gave me a great deal or a great car. When he realized the state inspection expired, he paid for my state inspection in full.

Beware the bait and switch! We went to purchase a vehicle from John at Ki Motors; when we got there he told us the engine had been replaced, so the car could not be sold for the advertised price of $9,270!

Bought my first car here recently. Small dealer, exceptional service. Car was incredibly clean. My mechanic commented on the quality of character the salesperson, John. He also commented on the quality of cars that Nick chooses for sale. Overall painless experience. Honest and kind gentlemen working there. They sell great vehicles below market value. Win-win for all. Highly recommend buying a used car from them. Thanks guys.

Worst experience with a car yet and I've had 5. not even three months and the engine is gone. Within the first month the transmission went out. 3rd and 5th gear didn't work. And cosmetically inside and out didn't match what they were saying. Overall terrible experience and wayyyy over priced. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
