They gave quite a selection of EVERYTHING ranging from wigs to lots and lots of beauty products and everything is best and easy to find. Good customer service also.

For them to be a larger beauty supply store in the area they never have a large variety of braiding hair and colors. Customer service ehhh could be better. Too much gossiping and chit chat going on even when customers are standing there trying to get serviced.

Please note, I rarely walk into beauty stores but this day I wanted glue for press on and... FELL IN LOVE! With the customer service as well as their products!! Thank you Liz for your patience in walking me through all the many options in multiple beauty forms ie. Nails, mascara, nail glue, blush, foundation and eye shadow. You've gotten a repeat customer through me, and I WILL be recommending your store with friends, family, and co-workers! Elizabeth, you my friend, ROCK!! 10/10!

I hate their return policy, you only get store credit regardless of the item being opened or not. Stuff is also more expensive here than other stores. I ran in to get some eco gel and it cost me $20! It cost $10 at every other store. Admittedly I wasn't paying attention to the register when I bought it, but I wasn't expecting that much of a difference! Couldn't even return it because they only give back store credit. I only recommend shopping here when you can't find your product anywhere else.

Accessible store in Beltway Plaza. Whether you need it or not, they've got it. I was pleased to find a hair oil I needed and combs. Decent prices too.

I've gone to many beauty supply stores in my life. KC Beauty in Laurel MD is by far the best. Employees are super helpful!!

Very unprofessional. No one greeted me, not at all knowledgeable about their own un-labeled hair extensions!! The few staff on the floor were blocking the displays so i couldn't even see, let alone browse the cosmetics. They never turned, spoke, moved or acknowledged my presence. I will not return

They have Everything!!!! It is huge and clean. The only issue is over pricing on the hair tools. Most flat irons they have are over $60 and you can get the same on Amazon for half the price. Other than that this is my new go to spot in Laurel.
