What an amazing jewelry repair business. Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They fixed my necklace in a few minutes and cleaned my ring while I waited. This is my new go to spot!

I was searching for a good jewelry repair shop near me. I noticed this store with great reviews and I'm glad I did. I was met with courteous staff members as soon as I walked through the door. I had to get a watch repaired. I was quickly attended to by the staff. My failed repair attempts took me hours, while their knowledgeable repair process took minutes to fix. The price was beyond reasonable. This place is a great business and I will gladly come again for my future repair needs. Thank you so much for allowing me to do business with you.

Super friendly owners and workers! Came in with a watch band to be replaced and they were nice enough to do it for free. Also made a few jokes and helped us out looking at items for sale without being pushy. Pure and helpful!

I needed to find a place to have my wedding rings resized. I didn’t want to go to the mall! The reviews lead me here and they were spot on! Incredibly friendly and helpful in ensuring my rings were sized correctly. They even cleaned a ring that I wasn’t having sized! Quick turnaround, I was able to pick my rings up the same day. Thank you! I will be back for all my jewelry fixing, cleaning and resizing needs!

I found this place after a quick Google search hoping to get my Fitbit fixed. I purchased some cheap interchangeable bands on Amazon and the top of the quick release pin broke on one side. I cut the band to expose the cylinder in hopes someone could pry it out or just cut it. I was greeted when I walked in and they fixed it right away at no cost. I'll definitely be back.

I flew in from H-town to BWI and I broke my chain somehow on the rental shuttle. Googled this spot and it was 5 mins from where I was staying. Pulled up and they got me right in 7 mins! Price was great too! I genuinely appreciate y'all! ????

I came here to get some links removed from a watch I have never gotten the chance to wear as well as a new battery. I wasn't charged for the link removal and only $10 for the battery. If your total is less than $20 and you use your credit card there's a $2 fee (the only reason for the minus star). I will come back for all of my jewelry repair needs.

I called this place on a Thursday to ask about their ring repair service. My gold ring had fallen of the night before and gotten run over and basically ruined. The woman on the phone said they've seen that before and told me to come in so they could take a look. The ring was very intricate and looked pretty much hopeless, and they took a look and weren't sure they could fix it. To my surprise, in less than 15 minutes, the repairman was able to shape it back so it was not only wearable, but very close to the original look!! I was so impressed and thankful and will be forever grateful for their hard work on an otherwise hopeless case!!

Visiting from NYC, my wife is working in nearby Olney, MD & I needed the rubber holder that keeps the watch band in place, replaced. This was near where I was going, and unlike an encounter I'd had the day before (the rude Studio Zarr in Rockville) A-1 Jewelry was pleasant, helpful, affordable and made me wish I had something else for them to fix! Don't hesitate, just go. You'll be as happy as I am.

Came in today to get a post fixed on a pair of earrings that were given to me by my aunt. First, the service was great. Candice was very helpful and even taught me about the stone in the earring. Second, Joey is the GOAT! He was able to fix the earring but also cleaned it. They came out even more beautiful than when I first bought them in. Third, the pricing was AFFORDABLE. I paid $20 to get it fixed. With the rate of inflation due to COVID everything had increased significantly, so having a decent price for a good service is great. I was pleased and now I can wear my favorite earrings again.
