12525 Laurel - Bowie Rd, Laurel“Read the reviews as I was heading to this place and had some concerns for how bad it might be. Turns out such concerns were unwarranted.Clean, spacious room, including a shower far cleaner than my own. The noise from outside has been minimal for two nights (Friday and Saturday when I assume they would be the worst). Easy walking to a large grocery store, restaurants, and a big liquor store (very friendly staff). The room smelled fine, the towels were fine, the heater was simple to adjust.Yes, there's bullet-proof glass at the window where a staff member quickly confirmed my reservation. Yes, I only got one key. No, this did not make me worried about my safety. Do you feel unsafe when you go to a bank and the same glass exists?I have never written a review for an inn like this, but this place deserves better recommendations, at least from my experience. Far better than other budget places I've stayed, and I'd definitely come back. Not because it's amazing, but because for the price, it's incredibly good. Hope your experience is a good one too.”
“Nice, large and clean rooms, the building is a bit old but they're keeping it clean. Lobby is oddly shaped and doesn't have an open feeling to it but I normally don't spend any time in the lobby so this wasn't an issue. No free coffee which is odd, most of double trees have free coffee in the lobby, this establishment they charge you for coffee.I would definitely go back.”

3510 Old Annapolis Rd, Laurel“Older motel, but clerks were friendly and accommodating. Minimal rooms were clean & fresh & served for a night. The only complaint is that the ac/heating unit is probably a boomer like me. However, they had the room warm on a chilly, rainy evening, which was appreciated.
Beds are firm, one NOT fluffy pillow per sleeper, and you'll have to ask if you require more than one light blanket.
Right around the corner is every type of convenience, coffee, food, mini mall.
For the low price, I'd stay again.
Nearby activities: Lots. Convenient to both DC and Baltimore.
Safety: Quiet, decent neighborhood
Food & drinks: Close, some deliver.”
“I travel around DC for work… I stayed here for 3 nights here is my unbiased review..You have to judge this hotel on a curve because it advertises as what it is. A good value option close to Washington DC. There is a difference between room types outside and inside, and by floor. I stayed on the 3rd floor (Business economy style rooms)Positives: the lobby is in good shape. My room was clean (did the bathroom floor test). They serviced my room every day. Air conditioner was in great working order. The front desk staff was pleasant. Many food options close by. My refrigerator and microwave were clean. Water pressure and hot water was A+. Continental breakfast was a nice touch.Negatives: never felt great about parking my car in the lot. The decor in the rooms (chairs, curtains, tables) are all old. Could use a replacement. The rug could use a good shampoo..WIFI was average speed.. basic cable no streaming connectionsHowever $ for $ this is a value steal. If you are looking for more amenities pick a more modern hotel. This is not a vacation lay around the hotel type of place. For me working all day I had a comfortable bed to come back to and it was clean for an older hotel.”
“I was very pleasantly surprised, about the room I rented for 2 nights! Not all “budget” friendly accommodations are nice—though, the room I rented at this location—was very nice & clean & had a window that opened to a screen, therefore, I didn’t have to use the air conditioning—which is great for me, with lung problems! Also, they had a nice chair, I was able to cover, and sleep in—as, I have had to sleep in a chair, since having COVID 19 & pneumonia—that lasted, awhile! At their breakfast—they had “make your own” Belgian waffle, which was very nice, also—and they had the usual breakfast cereal, juices, etc.—very nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel to the budget conscious travelers, and beyond!”
“My second stay here. Very friendly staff. Very nice, clean rooms. Warm breakfast every morning. I've stayed here a total of two weeks and would always stay here when my company sends me up for training at a local trade school.
Nearby activities: Lot's of shopping and dining in walking distance.
Walkability: Pretty safe but, be careful crossing the street at night.
Food and drinks: Almost anything you could ask for...”
