“Bruik in the glass department was extremely helpful to me on the phone and then again in the store. he could see I was a bit uncomfortable, caring, cut glass, so after he packaged it carefully, he took it to the front of the store for me and then had someone bring it to my car. My hats off for excellent service at the Lowe's in Lor. The checker was very helpful, and when I called him by phone, the phone was answered and my questions were Answered quickly”
“I highly recommend ProSource of Columbia for any of your flooring needs. The showroom is impressive with a large variety of flooring choice samples. I was looking for vinyl plank flooring and was pleased with the amount of samples they had to help me make my decision. Marco was helping me with my sample choices and gave me the information I needed on each one also carrying them to the car for me. Once I got the samples home I was able to make a decision and Marco was great throughout the whole ordering process.My contractor had lots of questions for Marco about installing the floor and Marco made sure I had all the correct information to give to the contractor. Marco’s expertise and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.”

Water had seeped down from the gutter above her kitchen window on the inside of the wall. It ruined her entire wall.
The wall, floor, countertop and sink were replaced. They did a fabulous job.

I was loading up drainage pipe for a storm water management project and one of the pipes I stead of tilting down stayed level and came my back widow.Glass Impressions met me and service me at my home same day. My back window was premium with tint, defrost, auto glass everything. They hooked everything back up and help me get back to work. Great work, honest gentlemen. “I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!
