It was very hot in the hotel. A/C was non existent especially during summer. They tried to make amends but it did not work. Rooms were musty. The people were very nice though.

My second stay here. Very friendly staff. Very nice, clean rooms. Warm breakfast every morning. I've stayed here a total of two weeks and would always stay here when my company sends me up for training at a local trade school.
Nearby activities: Lot's of shopping and dining in walking distance.
Walkability: Pretty safe but, be careful crossing the street at night.
Food and drinks: Almost anything you could ask for...

Very clean for being an older, half-renovated location, but extremely not sound proof. You will hear traffic all night and you will hear everyone that walks past your room.

My friend and I went to Laurel Maryland for a girls weekend and stayed there this past weekend. I chose this hotel because it had a pool and I was able to get a room with two beds and it had pretty good reviews. Upon arrival we walked into a room with bugs in the bathroom, on the wall in the bedroom and dead bugs in the windowsill . The couch was stained. The floors were wet and sticky. And at no time were we ever able to call the front desk and actually reach live person. We went to check out the pool which was too filthy to get in. There was a film across the entire pool, and when we went at 9 AM there were still dirty towels on the lounge chairs and on the floor from the night before that had yet to be picked up. The best part of our day was the breakfast provided, which was actually good.

Avoid! During my stay several cars were broken into. We learned this is a common occurrence at this hotel. The pool is also small and dirty.

Nice hotel, but I would not recommend staying at this place due to security issues. At least five cars of the hotel guests were broken into by the thieves. My car was also broken into, but they did not find anything valuable. The hotel front desk was not surprised and advised us only to notify the police.
I think this area is very dangerous.

My stay here was great, despite the fact that my phone line didn't work (may have just been my room), the pool was not operable during my stay. (This needs to be fixed). I spoke to management about the issues and Jessica addressed all my concerns with care. My Housekeeping provider Luz-Maria was amazing. She accommodated my Spanglish and was very engaging. She gave amazing customer service and my room was tidy-upped beyond my expectation. The front desk staff was also very friendly Lauren gets a 5 star for customer service, she was very courteous, also Gianella was pleasant. The breakfast staff was also very nice. pretty good variety. Kitchen went out of their way to scramble me some eggs. Location is very close to restaurants, and shopping . I am going to mention that the staff as a whole provide A1 service.

I stayed here for about a week for work. Overall, my experience was enjoyable. The girl who greeted me at the front desk was incredibly nice and charismatic.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, I always appreciate when they have a softer pillow available because that is my preference. The bathroom is small but does what a bathroom needs to do so no complaints here.
The highlight of my stay here was the breakfast. This hotel's breakfast is excellent and the staff was very attentive. I went to ask Rosa for her name so I could mention her specifically in my review. Her work ethic is commendable. She was attentive to not only the breakfast items and tables but also the people themselves. You do not see that often these days.
The fitness area is VERY small but it has just enough to get a workout in.
My only complaint was the lack of care by the lady that was at the reception on Wednesday or Thursday night. We wanted to find the water fountain and she could not care less.
Overall, I would recommend this place. I will come back if I am ever in the area for work (or fun) again.

I would not recommend this place.
I had a bad experience at this place.
I booked my reservation on line. So when I got there the employer gave me my key. We were unpacking our staff when another person open our door my daughter teenager was with me Because someone at the front desk gave him the same room number and key obviously.
They most to be careful on that.
Next to that daughter and I got bitten by bedbugs

Pool is rough.. otherwise all good. And I have to add the staff is maybe the best I've ever experienced in any hotel anywhere. Super friendly attentive and helpful.
