The guys was helpful and handy. I didn’t have my tools to take my license plate off and the guy came and took it off for me. Also he was willing to bring the car out so that I can easily remove my items from the accidental vehicle.

The police and operators did all they could to find my car after telling me I should report it stolen then its at their place one of the guys was very disrespectful to the lady asking for info on a mercedes..." why you calling me about a mercedes after hours call another time" despite I was homeless ,going to college living in my car and a motel when I could. Car cut out on me down street at a park and ride and they had nerve to tell me pay thousands to get it back hope yall enjoy that c300 from me cause yall won't get another. BUSTED MY A** for that car how they treat young people with kids from out of town its okay your forgiven brother.

I broke down on the road and went looking for assistance. When I came back, these people towed my vehicle. When I went to the lot the next day, I discovered that they ripped apart my dashboard and center console looking for items to steal.

My car was towed here after an accident. They also sell used cars. They seemed nice enough and their prices are $50 per day for storage.

The nicest staff! Special thanks to Ernie and Toby for taking such good care of me after my car got totaled. They gave me a lift back to the towing lot & kept watch over me while I made hotel arrangements - they helped put my mind at ease during a very stressful time. Top notch!

Whoever speaks on the phone and does customer service, your attitude needs to be checked. Disrespectful and condescending. Throw your whole service team away. Literally the worst.
