Cozy and typical local hobby store vibes. Very large and diverse selection of Gundam and Gunpla adjacent model kits. So much it was a little overwhelming [not in a bad way]. Everything from simple HG to MG and a few PG. Was looking for more on the tool/sanding side, but based on the website if I really needed specific things I could simply order them accordingly. Overhearing employee conversations they seem knowledgeable on other aspects of the store (Rockets, Trains, RC, etc.). Worth a visit.

I am unsure which I prefer more, rockville or laurel. Both are good. Laurel is more chill and less busy. I would probably rate thus location as a 4.5 as a result. Rockville can be a little stressful on weekends when business picks up.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Lots of games, puzzles and toys. Staff there that can help you figure things out or teach you something new. I love the store. Nice place to bring your kids. RC cars, airplane and drones.

I always want to support my local Hobby store. But the bad attitude I see and hear from the associates takes me away from the place. Be professional to the current and future customers.

There was a lady and two guys working there. The lady and the slim guy were very kind. The not slim guy (who said his name is Oscar) was very rude and was the reason I didn’t buy there. I took a drone off the shelf that I wanted to purchase and I asked him for help with the product’s specs and as he walked towards me his exact words were “First off do not take anything off the shelf (mind you there isn’t anything there that say do not touch or do not take off shelf). Second, call me over and I can help you with anything you need. So how can I help you”. There was a white guy besides me who said “you didn’t say anything to me about touching things”. So I asked him his name and said I’d write a review about my situation. (But looking at the 1 star reviews it seems this is nothing new! Sad)
