I love Hobby Lobby, my last visit however was very disappointing. The lady at the register (Winnie) was SUPER unfriendly and was to occupied with herself to pay attention to me as a customer. When was asking about a sell, she rudely responded that it does not apply to my products because they are too cheap to be included in the sale - never heard that one before.

It frustrates me when I am looking for a product and can't find it. The Laurel location employees are pleasant and tell you where to find it (in this aisle or that aisle). They don't walk you to it so that you do not overlook it during your search... besides that, it was a good experience.
