I have been coming here for many years. Alex is a very great nail tech. Every time I get acrylics with him they never lift. He is very patient and is very good at making every nail shape identical. They are very talented and affordable.Service: Acrylic nails

First off I've been coming here since 2017. Their client-base has surely declined because of the way they blatantly lied to you. First off the lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job. I came in with nails longer than usual (it has been a little while since I had a pedicure). She cut my nails so short now my French tips look short and slanted. (See pic 1 for reference) she was unable to fix it because of how short she cut them. Even though that happened I still decided to get acrylic gel Mani. I showed Alex the design (see pic 2) and asked how much it would be he said $70. He looked a bit stressed, he got a FaceTime call and showed the person the design. As I could tell he was stressed I asked him again if he can actually do it, he said "it not perfect but I can do for you". That's que for "Idk WTF I'm doing but money." I told him we could try another design (see pic 3) he said OK and started doing my nails. When he started on the design it looked horrible. I told him that's not how it looks on the picture at all. He claimed that it was the length of my nails. Mind you I never told him how long I wanted my nails. He chose how long my nails were to be yet he wasn't able to do the design based off the length? I told him that in order for him to do the design he needed to use the dotting tool, I asked him if he had dotting tools and he said no. He wanted to blame the length of my nails instead of himself for being under prepared. Why be a nail tech if you don't have the equipment?? He redid the design three times and each time came out worse than the last. No dotting tools just using the nail polish brush. The only brush he has extra is to clean the side of your nails for excess polish on the skin. I told him if it was too hard I could choose another design he said OK, I pulled up (pic 4) And he said he can do it. The other lady I finished with another client and he was so stressed he told her to do the cow design. He walked outside and he was just so stressed. The lady proceeded to start doing the design but it did not look like cow print. She was literally making squares. She kept trying and I kept telling her that's not how it looks on the picture. Then I asked her do you guys do lines? She said "yes lines! Yes lines!" I pulled up (pic 5) and when he saw that I had changed the design he came back in and told her he would do it. He started doing the design and was giving very hard thick lines. I told him that the picture had thin lines. In total this process took nearly 3 hours. All because they are under equipped and lied. They could have simply said we cannot do that design and I would have waited for the nail designer they claim to have come in M-W-F. See pic 6 for reference on how horrible the design still looks. I doubt I'll ever come back again.

DO NOT GO HERE. If i could rate this 0 stars , i would. Went in today for a gel pedicure , only one person was working so i was told to wait 15 minutes . Had to wait outside because they had no seating. When i finally went back and the pedicure began , he tried to use a dirty old pumice stone that was very clearly used and had brown all over it ( mind you, it was supposed to be purple) i asked for a new one because i felt that was very unsanitary and he got one , but then scrubbed my foot once and says “ See, it’s you” , implying he had used that on me when it hadn’t even touched me yet.I have a fresh tattoo on the back of my calf and specifically asked two times for him to not touch the tattoo and just stick to working on my feet instead. He proceeded to rub it over and over when lotionining me after the pedicure . My knee is clearly bruised and he was giving such a rough massage to where you could hear my knee popping and he kept trying to pop the bones around my ankles and it was overall just uncomfortable .To top off this horrible experience , when i went to pay it was $47.50. I have never seen a pedicure so highly priced when all i got was gel white polish . Completely unacceptable and will never be returning .Services: Foot massage

If there was zero star i would have given. I specifically called and asked if they could do what i want, they said yes and after i went there there hands started to shake for a design i had asked. This place os pricey for the creepy job they do. Pedicure was really good. But i dont recommend this place for fancy designs. One guy over there is very lazy and he worked half on my nails and was finished by another lady. He did not even file my nails correctly and there were spots which very empty with no paint he did design of his own. I was like hello i asked you for a specific design i dont want your inputs. Overall the experience was very bad . But only 1 thing good was that young guy did a great job on pedicure.

I was visiting from out of town and needed my nails done last minute. This place was close to my hotel. I walked on on a Sunday and got seated since I was there right when it opened. Service was good. I got a Gail manicure and regular pedicure. Wow.. such great service! Two weeks later and my manicure and pedicure were still looking great! This is by far the best gel manicure and pedicure i have ever gotten! I almost wish I lived in Maryland because this would for sure be my nail place. Whenever I go back, i will definitely be going back.

I visited for the first time today and loved my services. My nail tech was detailed, gave an excellent pedicure and foot massage, and my manicure was well done.I especially enjoyed being able to make a same day appointment, and being attended to promptly!I would definitely be going back and recommending to others.

Hilton Nails & Spa is an Asian-American owned nail salon. The staff of Hilton Nails & Spa are all male. My friend and I were immediately greeted upon entering the nail salon. We were walk-ins, and this was our first visit based on a recommendation from a young lady that we met earlier in the day. My friend requested fill in service for her nails. The customer service provided by the Hilton Nails & Spa was excellent. My friend and I were invited to a pedicure for our next visit. We are looking to visiting Hilton Nails & Spa in the near future.

I've been going here for a little over 2 years because of Jane initially. I returned after COVID lifts to find Jane gone but continued because the gentleman in the front on the left did amazing Mani/pedis. After today's visit I'm NEVER coming back!! This was my first time getting dip powder from them and just wanted a simple french mani bc their color selection was trash. The man the sits in the chair when you first come in was the person doing my nails. He stated they can't french!! I've never been told this from any other nail salon I go to. This gave me the feeling I wasn't going to like the experience. So I pick a fairly light pink (cotton candy pink), as he is doing the dip I noticed the color was more of bubble gum pink but it was too late. So I went with the color but let him know that's not the color I picked. So I move onto my pedi and as I'm removing my socks the lint gets stuck all over my nails which let's me know he didn't do a good job drying. As I'm getting my pedi by the gentleman in the back, he gets up a total of at least 5 times bc his phone is ringing. Ridiculous, you're supposed to be working I'm sure a phone call can wait. Then when I finish the guy in the front fixes my nails but wants to put another coat of polish on my nails. At this point I was tired and hungry so I just told him to take off $20 for the mess up on the color and my nails not drying and poor customer service. They will never get my money. My biggest question is how do you not know how to do french when the brand you use gives an online tutorial?!!
