Service was amazing! They stayed opened to assist me after hours & Dee was so helpful and attentive and the two gentlemen in the back *I didn’t get their names* highly recommend and will definitely be back!

RACIST - I am a Black woman & I was making a payment with them and when I pulled out my card to pay the southeast Asian woman at the front looked at me and said “you better not do a charge back” inferring that I was trying to scam them in anyway. Confused I said ma’am I’m not that type of person I’m not sure why you are saying that. She again says “you better not do a charge back because if you do we are going to come after you and make sure you pay.” I again say I’m not sure where this is coming from but I’m not that type of person. This is happening in their lobby out in public for anyone around to hear how she is addressing me. Mind you this is not how the non Black person before me was treated. It was incredibly embarrassing to be treated this way. Whatever preconceived notions you have about Black people should not bleed into your business practices especially when you are servicing a predominantly Black area. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. Can’t believe in 2023 people still behave this way after everything we witnessed people still believe it’s okay for them to behave this way. If you are Black do yourself a favor and find another business to give your Black dollars to because this establishment does not respect Black people.

My niece pulled her card out to pay for service. A Southeast Asian woman begins saying, “YOU BETTER NOT DO A CHARGEBACK.” WHAT???Why did she assume my niece would do that? She repeated the rude statement several times even though my niece assured that she’s not that kind of person. NEVER AGAIN. Pretty sure she based her assumption on the color of her SKIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

After my service was completed the owner loudly and wrongly accused me of trying to scam them when I put forth my credit card as paymen. Basically racially profiling and assuming that I would charge back any payment made. It was so unnecessary and highly embarrassing and an extremely inappropriate response to my credit card paymen. Do not take your business here!

For Start I am a returning customer having moved away from this area. I returned with a problem two Acura Dealership technicians could not resolve. It took all of 15min for Mr Arun and him lead mechanic to find the problem and a few hours later my "Phantom" braking noise was gone. No upsell attempt to get me to get new rotors and pads like the other guys when they are at 50% life left. Going forward I will reconsider the driving distance to bring my cars back here. Great Job keep it up.Services: Auto brake repair

I'm not really one to give negative reviews, but this location has been a headache to deal with for the past 2 weeks. I recently moved to Maryland and I scheduled an inspection here on 3/11/23 for a state inspection. Upon inspection, the inspector discovered a rusted support on the right rear tire. Since my temporary registration expires at the end of the month, the inspector said he would reach out to the dealership they work with and call me with an estimate as to how much it would cost to replace the part.I did not hear back from them.I called them 3/13 and was told that they did not know what was wrong with my car and therefore had not gotten in contact with the dealership and could not give me an estimate. I was told they would talk to the inspector and get back to me soon. I again, did not hear back.I called 3/16 again asking for information about the estimate to get my car fixed in order to pass inspection. They told me again that they were unable to talk to the inspector and that they would call me on Monday, 3/20, with the estimate.Monday 3/20 comes and I did not hear from them. I called that afternoon and was told I now needed to bring my car in again so a different person could look at it. I bring it in the following day, 3/21 and am told that the fix would be over $600 for the part alone, but that the original inspector had misjudged the severity and it didn't need to be replaced. They told me I had to get it inspected the next morning by a second inspector.This morning 3/22 I dropped off my car for an 8:30 appointment. I was told that the car would be finished well before noon. At 11:40 they told me my car was ready for pick up. I am appalled at the lack of professionality and refusal to communicate basic information. The mechanics themselves were very kind however and willing to work with me to figure out the best course of action. I will not be going here again.Services: Wheel alignment

Bought a car from a dealership that had the vehicle it’s safety inspection at this shop. This shop at first failed this vehicle in November. Then 45 days later they pass it even though the body mount was rusted away. The MD state police had to get involved and they verified that they should have never passed this vehicle. Now I’m stuck with a car that can pass safety inspections without paying thousand to get it fixed. Go anywhere else if you want a properly inspected vehicle.

It was raining and I was exiting the ICC, coming upon a red light. When I tapped the breaks, there was an egregious grinding of metal and my car did not want to stop. It finally did. I gathered myself and drove about a third of a mile down Route 1, until I got to Hi-Tech Auto Repair. I was met by a very honest and genuine man named Mike. He immediately pulled my car into the bay and found the issue right away. He completed the service and also gave me a quote for another service needed. He did not charge me the initial price stated when I first arrived. Mike is a pleasant person, whose morals, honesty, professionalism and ability to spark meaningful conversation is unmatched. I highly recommend anybody to use Hi Tech Auto Repair.Ps. Congrats to your country Argentina for becoming the 22 Fifa World Cup Champions!!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Really weird and awkward experience. My boyfriend brought his car in, after our insurance told us to bring it to the repair shop, and any additional damages would be communicated through the repair shop. Well these people I guess have never talked to an insurance company in their life, they kept telling me I was the one who needed to call and figure all this out, when I already did. I ended up picking up the car the day after I dropped it off and took it somewhere else that helped me in two minutes. Unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Go to RPM auto instead, much better.

scammers rip off. they will overcharge and lie to you. on top of that they’re rude.they lied to us and said our car was missing a very expensive part and it would cost $1700 to fix. so we took our car to our original trusted mechanic to see if he can fix it instead. he was able to fix it and told us the car was NEVER missing the part they were charging us for, and it was only $500 worth of work. no where near $1700 !! hi tech auto repair was lying by charging us for the expensive part they claimed was “missing” that was still in the car. on top of that, we asked for them to email the quote for the repair and they never emailed it after we asked multiple times, and was rude telling us to come in person if we want a quote… how can we come in person with no car? if you don’t wanna get lied to and scammed pick a different shop.

The back wheels of my sentra were dancing on the road. I checked into Hi Tech and in no time, resolved my dancing issues. The shocks & alignment was performed excellently. I was back for wheel balancing. All is good. Go Hi Tech. You really are Hi Tech.
