They've tinted both my previous vehicles in past and did an excellent job. I recently had to purchase a larger vehicle due to a growing family. I'll be bringing the vehicle their in the coming weeks to have it tinted as well.

Very rude manager. Came twice in a row after calling and asking if I could bring my car. The manager said yes and I got here at 2:30ish pm only for me to told I couldn’t be helped and needed to come back the following day because too many cars were in front of mine. The guy spoke very rudely but ignored and came back the following day at 11:30am. After the consultation and I declined the extras( ceramic protection I believe) this same guy’s attitude changed and I asked when I’ll be able to pick up my car, he said 4-5 hrs after being told 1-2 hrs on the phone few minutes prior. His communication was brash and rude. I left. Customer service is zero regardless of whatever fantastic job is being done. It’s a shame! I don’t leave reviews but I needed to because I came here last year and I thought it was just one off and again today. I’ve been here 3 times and totally disappointed with the customer service and treatment.

They did an awesome job on our Jeep it looks amazing. The costumer service was amazing as well from the guy working the front desk with his awesome puppy to the guys in the back. I would highly recommend any one to come to this shop for their window tinting needs.

As usual HallStar delivered! I have taken all my vehicles to HallStar because they are the best in the DMV! Stacey knows her stuff and takes the time to explain the process and the best tint for ur vehicle! Jamal did an excellent job with the tint…thanks HallStar for another great experience!

Took my Lc500 here for ceramic tint all around. Got it back in a timely manner. 45 minutes after leaving my cars alarm/electrical system started going crazy. Took it to the dealer and the diagnostic test results were saying water leaked into my electrical system. This was after 3 days in their service department. Wasted a lot of time on this matter. Only had the car for a week (200miles odo). Luckily I have a good relationship with my dealer and they waived all costs/fees. Overall, the tint installed was solid, no bubbles or anything at the moment. Definitely need to be more mindful on the water that isn't getting caught. Could have costed $$$ for repairs on a brand new car like this.

Great Service! Showed up early and got pulled right in. I ended up being here a little longer than expected, but if it's one thing I can definitely appreciate it's a business that will take its time to do something GOOD & RIGHT, regardless of the extra time it may take. Especially in this microwave, instant gratification age. Thank you very much HALLSTAR.

Great place to get tint from. Very very professional especially the frony lady Ms Tammy she was awesome. Explains everything well and makes sure she lets us know what is going on. The technicians where awesome made sure everything was right. Explained certain things so i can know why this and that. I will be back for that ceramic

Have had several of our cars done here! Always the best service! It’s first come, first serve so I took my Jeep in at opening on a Tuesday morning. Got the front 2 windows to match the rear and windshield tint. Was in and out in a little over an hour. The explanation of different tint qualities and legality was top notch. The negative reviews are from people who with no patience and don’t do research. As a customer service and Human Resources manager, I definitely recommend this establishment. Every time a park my Jeep, I look back at it just because it looks so good! Even gave me a key fob lanyard which I am going to use for advertisement just because. Thank you Hallstar!

Came to get my car tinted a couple months ago -The saying is true that you get what you pay for - I paid for excellence!Service team was very friendly when I got this location. They got me out of the way quick! They extra heated the bottom of my windows so that opening the door didn't mess up my tints. It's been a couple months now and the tints are holding up and looking GREAT!Definitely gave my car a better look! Would definitely bring another car to them!Service: Privacy window films
