John is a hair genius. I love the cut and color and get so many compliments. I have really fine hair and he cuts it so it has body and movement. Love, love, love the hair! Hershey does great with a facial and makeup.

Well, I had to wait 45 minutes without my stylist giving me an update on when they would start on my hair. However, Chris apologized when he took me in the back to wash my hair, so I appreciate that. Overall, I am very satisfied with my hair. Good job.
