Scheduled the day before to have them come out and fix my car window that was broken into, Robby who was assigned to my car was good at communicating and was careful with my car door disassembling and reassembling, vacuumed the glass and wiped the window down. Excellent work and will definitely call this place back if me or anyone else I know needs help in the future!

Saved our vacation! Late Tuesday evening before we were leaving for vacation Thursday morning, I noticed a new, large windshield crack. Half of the places I called were closed, and the S*******t people who advertise so much on TV couldn't fit us in for three days. Glass America said they'd be there at noon, then called to ask if they could come first thing in the morning. Yes! The guys were quick (45 minutes) and professional, and their phone operator helped me coordinate everything in one call with our insurance company. Couldn't be better!

I called the office to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was polite and professional, helped me choose the more affordable option for me. Their mobile service is complimentary, which is GREAT!. The day of my service I called to make a last minute switch due to the rainy weather, I asked if it could be done at a parking garage near my house and they did just that!. I was also able to reach the technician, Troy, to confirm with him and he called me when he was 25 mins away. Less then an hour later I was headed home with a new windshield. I’m very happy and satisfied with the work done and the professionalism of everyone I spoke with. Thank you!

Not sure which branch, but Glass America provided perfect mobile service! After our passenger’s door was smashed by some thieves at night, Glass America solved our problem real quick! Thank you

I call thursday morning in spoke to Debbie. She was very plesant.polite helpful and Nice. I didnt have all the answers so she called the dealer in call me back. I scheduled my appointment for friday in 1 hour they replaced my tailgate glass . They did a great job cleaned up the broken glass it was a great . I would rate them a 10+

Those guys are the best, we came from the cruise to discover that our vehicle, that was parked at the Best Western hotel was burglarized, the window has been shattered,and we had to drive about 7 hours back home, the dealership needed 2-3 days to order the glass, those guys ordered immediatelely, and set us on the way in less then 2 hours, and the $160 total charge was more than fair. I highly recommend the Maryland Auto Glass.

Made a glass appointment online, they called to confirm then completely no showed. I'm waiting at home all day, no call/email/text. When I reach out to them the next day I get nothing back. Totally ghosted me. This place is a clown show. Lots of better options.

They worked very well with my schedule, and fit me in before an appointment that I had later in the afternoon. In addition, I asked to watch how it was done, since I was curious, and he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it! Very informative, and the new windshield looks amazing! The price was competitive, I am very pleased, and I’m sure you will be too.
