“My son ordered me an arrangement for my 47th birthday and I was excited to receive it. However, the fruit was bitter and the pineapples taste as if they used the core because they were hard to the point I could not chew them. I reached out to the store manager (Sara or Sharon I apologize if I forgot your name) but she was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. In addition, she had another platter sent out to me to rectify the situation. I appreciate her for doing that!
