Stay away!! I would give zero stars if I could!
We made an appointment online for a 4-wheel alignment and traveled over 30 minutes, arriving over 10 minutes early. Firstly, nothing gives you any indication where Genesis is. After confirming the address matched, we went inside. Evidently they share space with Kelleys, having a small desk inside with the name Genesis on a small banner in front of the desk.
After finding the desk, they tell me right off the bat that they don’t do alignments. What? So we pull up our Groupon to show them, and ask why it allowed us to schedule it online as an alignment if they don’t do them. Well, now she says, “Oh, a Groupon. Well, we have a big job we are in the middle of, and we only have one lift. We probably won’t be done until next Tuesday, but come back Friday to see.”
How is it you just told me you don’t even do alignments, but once I show you evidence that you are selling alignments, all of a sudden you do, but can’t because your ONLY lift is in use for a “big job?”
Customers inside were arguing with technicians about messing up their vehicles, and a customer out front said, “Man, this place is crazy. They don’t know what they’re doing!”
Needless to say, we got a refund on Groupon and are taking our vehicle to A & S Auto Clinic in Gaithersburg. We were trying to not drive that far, but having used them a few times and being treated with respect, honesty, and our vehicle being repaired properly, we will make the drive.

I brought my car in for alignment let them know I had a Groupon they said the tires were bad which was false because I’m sitting in QR auto clinic typing this getting a alignment with the same tires I left with.

The owner is generally quite nice and helpful, however I brought my car in for a coolant issue and during the procedure the mechanic broke my air filter box in my car. The owner agreed (I also had clear before and after photos) and advised he will order me a new part to fix my car.
Months and multiple calls later (each call the owner, promising me he ad ordered the part) nothing was resolved. So my air filter box is still broken which devalues my car and I feel very frustrated by the lack of accountability for this issue.

This has got to be the worst unorganized mechanic shop I have ever seen. Brought my car in for a simple oil change and a week later my motor is now locked up. Upon Taking it to another mechanic for further examination they determined that genesis auto and collision do NOT use clean fresh oil and also REUSED my old oil filter. If I could put NO stars I would.

I was here last monday because something went wrong with my car. Alfredo was very attentive and was nice to all the people who were waiting for their car to be checked. It didnt feel that they were rushing everyone. They are also very organized they took the time to check what’s wrong with my car. Overall, they have great service and very great workers you sure can count on them to fix your car. Thanks again Alfredo!! :)

My car was in a front end collision and it looked so bad I didn't even want to be seen driving it. Genesis swooped in and did their thing. They made it look brand new. I work from home so I don't have to drive but they got me wanting to just drive around town. Awesome service from Alfredo. Thanks Genesis!!

Alfredo has worked in my BMW for over three or four years now. He was with me before he merged with Kelly’s and now two years after. He is exceptional all around, with consistently good pricing, and I’ve never had to come back because of any redo’s or anything. Most times they finish the same day. Exceptional and a staple in the area.
