I had a long crack on the windshield on my 2011 BMW 328i and needed it replaced. These guys are great! very quick and responsive and the pricing was the best I could find. They also were very careful not to damage my car unlike Safelite, they scratched my car a few years ago. Best of all these guys came to my job and did the repair in about an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

My front windshield was cracked. I made an appointment with safelite but when i checked their reviews i decided to cancel and looked elsewhere. i called Genesis auto glass and they were able to get me in for the next day in the morning. The technicians were very kind. i got there around 9:50 and was out by 10:20. they’re very quick.

I am so happy and grateful that I found Genesis Mobile Auto glass. They were very prompt, quick and detailed with responding to my communications.They communicated with me about the process and answered all of my questions. They were also very kind and patient (I was at work and they patiently waited for me to be able to access my car before and after their services). Thank you to the entire team that provided support and helped to ease my anxiety with getting my windshield repaired!

1000% recommend! out of over 5 places i called they were the only company that could come out same day to replace my back glass and $150 cheaper then safelite!! got the job done in 30 minutes. i never write reviews but i had to for this!!

Genesis was awesome! I reached out to them about replacing a cracked windshield , they came out the very next day. Knocked everything out in less than a hour. Very professional, great communicators and you simply can’t beat the price!! 5 STARS!!

I was able to book this appointment over a text message and they got me an appointment an hour after I reached out. They drove to me while I was at work and finished replacing the window within 15 minutes, including vacuuming out all of the broken glass! Highly disappointed with Genesis replacing my windshield. They installed scratched glass and did not install the brand of glass they quoted me. I chose Genesis to replace the windshield because they were responsive, comparatively priced, had the brand of glass I wanted, and had good reviews. The brand of glass was important to me because I could have repaired the small rock chip but decided to replace instead. After dealing with Genesis, I would not recommend them to anyone. They returned the vehicle with a dirty windshield which I have never experienced with other companies and a different brand of glass than quoted. Upon cleaning the windshield I noticed scratches at the top corners. I reached out to Genesis about the different brand of windshield and scratches. The owner insisted the scratches were from me cleaning it because "they check all the glass from the warehouse". I do not know if the scratches were there from the warehouse or caused by the installer cleaning it with a razor blade but they were not from cleaning it with glass cleaner and a microfiber. The owner offered to replace the glass with the same brand or I could pay $100 more to receive the brand he originally quoted me. Because of the quality of the first install, Genesis not taking responsibility for the scratches and the fact that he refused to install the glass he quoted me without paying more, I was not willing to let him touch my vehicle again. I asked for a refund to have it replaced correctly elsewhere and he refused. I will be having the windshield replaced correctly by a different installer. If you care about your vehicle, I do not recommend Genesis. You can get higher quality work at the same price from other installers.
