Service dept does not respect customer time. I got here 12:45 for a 1pm appt. Told it would be done in an hour. Well, that was a lie. There is nobody else waiting in the service area and my car did not move until 1:51. NOT HAPPY Will have to travel further for decent service. ???

I can highly recommend the service department!!!
I had 2 separate issues with my Jeep GC, which another dealer
In Glen Burnie could not figure out at the initial visits and they
Kept the vehicle for multiple days.
Fred Frederick had both issues fixed correctly within one day each time! Brent was great and kept me informed about the repair.
They are a little further away for me, but I will definitely go back.
Big thumbs up!

I own a used car dealership and we had lost a simple non programmable key for an older pickup truck (2001)additionally I’m aware that Chrysler doesn’t provide the key codes to locksmiths and the only option is to visit a Chrysler dealership and provide the VIN#.for the vehicle.
When I called I explained that I’m a used car dealer and have been for over 15 years. They stated that a title, drivers license and dealership license showing company ownership is needed.
When I arrived at the parts counter I stated I had just called about getting a key cut and provided the required documents and corresponding pictured legal
ID. The parts department manger an older white haired gentleman refused to honor my state issued legal ID and documentation and refused to cut the key.
I was treated VERY differently than I was via the phone.
The gentleman and a say that loosely was EXTREMELY and rudely dismissive of me and began telling me it’s the policy of the owner of the Fred Fredrick Chrysler that they can’t cut any keys and unless I registered the vehicle in MY name and only then can he cut the key and I would need to book an appointment through the service department and pay a labor rate for cutting a NON programmable key.
I said thank you and left, when i returned to my office I called and was told to speak to Chris Fredrick, once I spoke to Chris he said he has known the parts manager for 35 years and knows he is an abrasive person and didn’t seems to be concerned with his treatment of customers and his concern with fraud. How is fraud involved when you provide the documents they requested?
Chris had NO interest in even looking at my documents.
. I call BS , used car dealers don’t register vehicles In their names and are not required to do so. I wasted time out of my day, providing documents they required.
I did not come there to be treated with a level of condescension contempt and disrespect the documents were hastily reviewed’ and I was dismissed. I am very dissatisfied and disgusted with this treatment and the subsequent refusal to address the behavior of an employe that represents their company, this behavior is unacceptable.
These guys aren’t the only game in town , do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money with a Chrysler dealer that values their customers and customer service as priority ONE.
I’d strongly recommend choosing ANY other Chrysler/jeep/dodge dealer.

I worked with Kelvin he made the car buying easy and I found the minivan I really love. I also came with a trade in that I was very sad to see go, they offered me a good trade in price and I came out under budget. I will be referring all my friends and family to this dealership.
Thank you so much

I decided to take my brand new truck to Fred Frederick Service center because Tate service center in Glen Burnie didn't know what they were doing. Took it to Fred's and had it back the same day problem fixed. Thank you so much for your knowledge and professionalism.

Nice people but they don't accept Dodge Durangos with missing parts (Consoles). I would expect a Dodge dealer would be the very people to work on dodge vehicles. I would recommend local body shops.

Every time I bring my Jeep here I am amazed by the incredible customer service they provide. A part that was needed for a repair was on backorder. Someone drove to another dealership to get the part on their lunch break so the repair could be completed that day. Thank you for your kindness, honesty, and fair prices!

Just browsing. Saw some potential especially that TRX but I saw a sleeper that I got my eye on. Customer service was excellent. If I can’t find what I’m looking for I will definitely come back for my sleeper.

This place is great. Especially the collision center. It's worth crashing your car for the privilege of bringing it to such a professional establishment.
