This is the most unreliable store I’ve ever seen. They open late(if at all), close early and never answer the phones. I have no idea how this place is even still open. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I don’t know why I didn’t read the ratings before dropping off my shoes. I will not waste my time and money at this place again. Business owner should assess the business. I dropped of my shoes and they were quick to take my money but didn’t deliver on time. He asked me I can take them back which I agreed yet he didn’t want to refund my money entirely. Sketchy and unprofessional.

Just read the rest of the reviews lol. Never open on time, close early, just bad overall service as a business, go to 9/10 Condition instead, dont waste your time here.

Don’t waste your time. ?️ Got there an hour after they open, dude wasn’t there, had a sign to call him. Call him and he said he’s on his way. Shows up ten mins later. They have extremely limited inventory. They don’t want to buy anything. Don’t know why they bother having a storefront, if dude’s only just going to buy and sell on StockX. He lets his own personal taste get in the way of good business. Don’t even waste your time, go to 9/10 sneaker store in Fed Hill.

i wish i could tell you about the experience of selling / buying at this store. the website and google showed that the store would be open at 12p, i arrived at 12:45p to a closed store. i called a few times, no answer. i reached out on their instagram and received a response around 3p that they opened late. while i appreciate the response, a message on their website/IG page would’ve been appreciated more as it would’ve save me & possibly others a trip to this store.

Does not answer emails. Does not answer phone calls when they are supposed to be open at 12pm. Have been trying to reach the store by email and phone for a week. BAD BUSINESS. Much better Customer Service and experience at 9/10 Condition Sneaker Boutique in Baltimore.

Mannnn Shout out to the Good folks at Footage society, I’ve bought, Sold and traded shoes there. Today i had Footage Society Authenticate/Look-over 2 pairs of shoes that I had bought from somewhere else... the owners of Footage society checked out my shoes free of charge !! I tried to offer them money and lunch ! but they refused... long story short i love this store, they treat you like family and they have a great shoe selection of all sizes and styles. I highly recommend that you pull up on them and check out their store !

I bought a pair of shoes here, the color was off when I got home, different from the lighting in the store so it didn't match the way I thought.I bring them back to trade them in, not looking for my money back just another pair of shoes and I'd pay the difference if the new shoe cost more.These people told me they'll pass on the shoe...A perfect condition pair of shoes that you sold me, you refuse to accept back as a trade in while I pay the difference for another shoe.A business that would sell you something that they would turn around and scoff at. That's pathetic, I feel robbed. Never trust a place like this.

I was told to dm them in Instagram which I promptly did to try and sell my size 14 UNC fearless.I sent pictures and I can’t even get a simple response I just keep being left on read. If you’re looking to resell shoes there are plenty of other options that will work but they won’t respond bc they know they won’t give me a fair deal. I’m telling everyone ik to stay away and I do not recommend 0 stars if I could
