The employee's behavior was extremely disrespectful. I struggled to understand her, and instead of being helpful, she and her colleague found it amusing. I left without receiving any service. It's important for them to realize that not everyone knows everything, and it's never acceptable to make fun of others. I hope they learn the value of kindness and empathy, so they never inflict the same hurtful feelings on someone else.

I truly appreciate the customer service of the young man(w/curly dark hair and a distinct silver finger ring) at the shipping desk. I wish I caught his name because he was so kind, efficient and informative about the shipping services. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

This review is specific to “Alicia”. She was rude and dismissive to a customer who was waiting patiently while she’s was on her phone. When asked to assist him, by her colleague, she moved slow and upset the customer even more. Horrible customer service and consideration for people’s time.

This location has always been very helpful and accommodating. Yesterday they finished a very large order in time for us to make a deadline. We greatly appreciate their help with this project. I would highly recommend this store and staff.

Paid over $160 to have a package express shipped internationally in June. Package did not arrive at destination.They billed an additional $160 to send it back a month later. I did not authorize this charge and disputed it on my card after discussing with FedEx customer service.I have now been served with a collections notice and a fee for late payment.Never shipping with Fedex again

i ALWAYS have a pleasant experience when coming to this fedex location. it’s the only one that i go too!! not to mention Alicia’s excellent customer service!! definitely brightened my day and put a smile on my face immediately. she is definitely a reason i would continue to return to this location :)

I've never had a negative experience since coming to this location. Alicia and James are wonderful and their customer service is exceptional!! I like to come in the mornings when it's not as busy. But either way I don't mind the wait when I do come in and there's a line.

I was there for dropping off package and wait for more then 19 minutes but nobody went to give me service I haven’t seen service like this. This is my worst customer experience in my life. Very bad experience

I don’t know if they care about negative reviews but I want to tell about this guy that sent 3 people home today at 7:49pm because he recommends costumers to come early just because he does not want to print labors to they packages at that time.
