Failed to deliver to an address in the middle of Manhattan, despite address label being 100% correct. FedEx reps are no longer giving refunds when THEY fail to deliver packages.Do not use this company unless you absolutely are forced to.

Received another note on my door to pick it up at this location, the website says it's available for pickup, went to the store and it's closed, they should be absolutely ashamed but they clearly have none. This package was supposed to be delivered a week ago, I've tried multiple times to pick it up to the point that I'm sick. I'm opening a complaint with the state business board

The store was closed during normal operating hours (2:00 PM on a weekday)Like other reviewers, I wasted time and energy coming to this location. I suggest you not waste your time coming here and try the Laurel location instead.

THE Absolute WORST! Why are you even open? Online and the messaging system states that this location closes at 6 p.m. I drive there lug my packages in only to be met by a closed gate! This is unacceptable, please DON’T patronize this establishment. That’s if you can even catch them while they’re open. Again, why not just permanently close the location??????Located inside the WORST Wal-Mart I’ve ever visited so I shouldn’t even be surprised lol

It's inside the Walmart; besides walmart service counter. Went there for drop off and it took only 15 sec. Had just 1 counter open so a good amount of waiting time.

I hate that this location sometimes decides to close early at 3, like today, and I have to find out after driving all the way there. Major inconvenience. Just go somewhere else

I've been to this location (inside the Walmart) twice now, and both times I've experienced quick, friendly, and quality service. I definitely would recommend this location as it seems to be operating now. I'll be back next time I need to ship something through Fedex!

Maria at the Fedex Office in Walmart at Russett Green, Laurel is EXCELLENT!I went further and was willing to pay more than what I was quoted by another print shop closer to where I live, to give Maria the order. I hope Fedex will give her an assistant as she is the only person manning the store which can get very busy.

I don't know why anyone uses FedEx, they are awful. I was required to send something FedEx and finally found this one tucked inside a Walmart. Located closer to the Grocery entery. Cost was ridiculous, service bare minimum. I would rather go to the post office.
