“I had the BEST experience there! I just drove from NYC and had to stop before made it to my final destination. I went in for black opal products in the make up section but they did not have any! I asked Jacklyn the department manager (I did not know this at the time) for assistance and she was so kind and helpful to help me choose a different product! It was 1015pm close to closing and she was still so patient and kind as well as helpful. Thank you so much Jacklyn it was an absolute pleasure shopping at this target! “I visited this store on Sunday, August 11th. I had been to another Metro PCS stores on Route 197 in Laurel MD, when I decided to give this place a try. After my interaction with the staff at the other store, I was desperate, frustrated, losing hope and pretty much had decided never to deal with Metro PCS again. I arrived and there was one, lone person there, Angela. Right away, I noticed how patient, friendly and helpful she was, so I began to hope. By the time she got to me, she was knee deep with customers. I volunteered to wait for the next customer, since my problem was complicated. Undaunted, Angela greeted me warmly and began to work out my problem. All the while, she was talking to the lady behind me in Spanish and assisting her, as she continued working on my phone. As I expected, my problem took some time, but thanks to Angela's patience and persistence, my problem was resolved rather timely, as Angela multi-tasked and took care the two customers behind me in line. Angela is amazing! Before I came, I was DONE with MetoPCS. The staff at the other store was unprofessional, unhelpful and uninterested in the problems I was having with my phone. They made no attempt to assist me and quickly dismissed me (even though I was the only customer in the store.) But, thanks to Angela, I am enjoying my phone and I now have renewed faith in MetroPCS! I will return to THIS store again and again because of her. She deserves a BIG raise!! She handled every customer with courtesy, patience and did not allow the pressure of the day to compromise her professionalism. THANK YOU, ANGELA!”

“Typical 7-11. I stopped for gas. Pretty decent prices for the area. The pump dispenses a little slower, but it gets the job done. In and out in less than 5 minutes with an empty tank when I arrived. Would definitely come back. Very clean and well stocked with paper towels at the pump.”

“This place was very clean but the service sucked. I am not sure why there are no condiments, napkins, stirs, out for everyone to grab you must go all the way to the register to ask for them. this makes no sense because if there's a big spill who has time to go ask for someone to come and give them napkins. When I asked for nothing, they looked at me like I was crazy and literally offered me one. I know times are tough, but the store was very clean and was very good. Maybe that's how they keep it this way in this area however there has to be another method to fix this. keep up the good work on keeping the store clean but find other ways to provide customers with things that will be needed other than going to the cash register which can get very busy at times. and if someone asked for napkin, handing them more probably is not gonna fix the issue.”

The staff has always been courteous.If the line starts to get long a team member will stop what they are doing and come help.They have self-serve coffee any time of day and store is always well-stocked and clean.”
“The target location in Laurel is clean and is usually fully stocked of items. This store is extremely crowded on the weekends and I would suggest shopping here during the weekdays or doing drive up services for your convenient. This location has several convenient drive-up spaces for those who have the target app. I usually wait no longer than five minutes at the most for my items, especially when I tell the app I'm in route. The drive-up app is the best feature ever.”

“I don't shop at 7-11 for food except an occasional quick snack like chips or a drink. But, this one has one very special item not found in all 7-11s. It is this special food item that I just love, and have to have at least once or twice a month. (What is it, you might ask. Get to the point!) It's a brownie that tastes like it was made by your grandmother or that best-cook-in the-family aunt. This delicious dessert costs less than $2, and believe me, it tastes better than those costing far more at restaurants and grocery stores. Sometimes, after I go out to dinner, I skip dessert so I have an excuse to purchase a 7-11 brownie.”
