My go to UPS location as it's close and never had any issues in getting my packages shipped/returned. Service for me has always been quick, easy, and friendly! They'll provide options in shipping or offering additional wrapping.

Extremely RUDE!! He literally spoke to me like I was a 10 year old child and charged me $1.00 to put a strip of tape on the box, when the company clearly said I didn't need to package it back up.

dropped off a box containing two hvac refrigerant recovery machines valued at $1200. this place scanned the box in. no other scans afterwards. this package never left their building and now it's lost. they have been stolen. Please after reading this do not trust this place. look at all the negative reviews. there are alot of negative reviews. this place needs to be out of business.

Saturday hours posted online for Laurel store are WRONG. Store closed at 2:30 pm, 3 pm. Otherwise, customer satisfaction is great. Let's update hours, PLEASE!!

Best UPS store in the area. Always fast, friendly and courteous service. I live near other UPS stores but I come to this one because I know it will be a fantastic experience. Keep up the great work.

The customer service lady was rude and annoyed that I needed her help. When I explained to her what I needed she responded clearly that the tracking number doesn't work. I told her this is the correct number, after a few tries the number worked! Then her English was very unclear ... I just wanted to know when will my package be delivered . She rudely said something! I had to get another employee to translate what she said! I do not recommend anyone going to the business until the staff gets training in customer service !

I hate writing reviews as I feel everyone has a bad day. But synonymous to many others, this is honestly the worse UPS store in PG county. The gentleman and you get Asian employees are nice. But the older lash is ALWAYS disrespectful and rude. I'm not sure what it is. Everytime I come in she is either yelling at someone or making someone feel unwelcome. The time before the last I walked in with a package and before I even got to the register she yells "that's not for UPS". While I was still in line. I ignored her as I knew it was for UPS as I had a mobile code to print out. So once I got to the register she said it again before I could even pull my phone out. I then showed her the code and she said "Oh I didn't know you had a code." I just shook my head and took my receipt. She has NO respect for other ppl or there items. Never going back.

Do not go here!! I have gone here several times out of convenience because it's nearby but I will never use them again. First, they are expensive, in general. I went today to get something notarized and photocopied. The man is very nice but the woman gave me an attitude and after I waited for the fax to go through, I noticed they charged me for faxing 8 pages even though I only needed 7 pages and the confirmation also said 7 pages. This isn't that big of a deal but for $1.50 per page, I didn't want to pay for something extra. When I pointed it out, rather than apologize- she seemed annoyed. She refunded the fax cost and charged me again for the price of 7 pages instead of 8. She gave me the refund receipt and the receipt for the new charge. However, she would not give me my original receipt that showed the charge for the notary which I still needed but she refused to give me my original receipt even though it had a charge for the notary. When I asked for it, she said no- she needed the copy for her own records because of the refund (which was her fault anyway). They are a place that does copies. So, I told her, "Well then make a copy." She got mad, did so begrudgingly, and then gave me the photocopy instead of the original receipt. The big point is she tried to overcharge and never apologized about it and then was rude. Awful place. Never ever returning.

I have used the UPS store at this Laurel location several times over the last few years for notary public services, for prepaid package drop-off, and for boxing and shipping. I've find the staff to be unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They respond quickly when a customer enters and they seem to have a sense of duty to the work. Plus, I've never seen a representative lose their cool or their polite demeanor even during rush hour or in the face of an impatient customer or a complex job. This has become my go-to store.

Horrible UPS location, apparently some of this stores services end at 6 pm. A whole HOUR before it supposedly closes at 7 pm, with no mention as to any of this anywhere on the website or in store. The Asian lady and Asian guy behind the counter were useless and apparently said the new "hours" were implemented yesterday which is false because I had been there the day before.

The people that work here are consistently rude. I've had to return items because I order online since Covid-19. I'm looking g for another store even though this one is closer.

I went in to send a package to the UK(GB). The younger gentleman offered to provide an estimate. I informed him that the quick estimate online was from 42.00-90.00. He proceeded to measure my package adding an inch to each side. The package only weighed 2 lbs. He quoted me $200.63 saying that USP is only using Express Shipping-all of UPS not just this store. Due to the cost I left and researched other options. The cost per UPS online is $117-121.29 and that is to ship today and to receive in GB 10/16/20. I ended up using another carrier for International First Class and the cost was less than $40.00. PLEASE do your research.

There is a older chinese or oriental woman behind the counter who is like a witch. They have no set prices for copying and she looks at your face and then tells you the price. I lived in Hong Kong for some time and chinese shamelessly worship the white skin! maybe that is her problem! I wrote my review and then scanned the other reviews to find that many others have found the staff obnoxious and rude. High time UPS checked them out and removed the franchise. I doubt the positive reviews are genuine!

This UPS store takes care of the neighborhood. Always professional and courteous. The only problem I have with it is the parking can be tricky. You can read that as not enough convenient parking. But its nice having a UPS store for returning Amazon products.
