“I am posting this review because I received extraordinary service from employees of this particular store (store # 498), Laurel, Maryland.Ms. Alex Scott went out of her way to help me. She even picked up a heavy rug from my car. She was helpful and pleasant. It left a very good impression of this store on me.I was also helped by two other employees. Unfortunately, I did not ask their names. However, I remember their smile.I saw bad reviews overall for this company. But this particular store has very good reviews. I have first hand experience of it.It is the culture of friendliness and helpfulness that makes this store unique. HomeGoods should learn from this store and make it better nationwide.”

“I came in here on a mission to seek tea tree oil for my surgical scars. In a young lady, by the name of Audrey W assisted me when I asked her if she knew where somewhere? She automatically found two bottles that I needed of tea tree oil. It was so kind of her to help me out due to the fact that I'm only two weeks out surgery. That's what I call customer service.”

“I spent way more than I expected, but very happy with the large selection of women's clothing. When I went to the dressing room I was met by a wonderful woman named Tamara. Her customer service skills were wonderful. She was very professional, kind and patient. I wish there were more people like her. I had a lot to try on, and she was helpful and did everything with a smile. Thank you.”
“I had the BEST experience there! I just drove from NYC and had to stop before made it to my final destination. I went in for black opal products in the make up section but they did not have any! I asked Jacklyn the department manager (I did not know this at the time) for assistance and she was so kind and helpful to help me choose a different product! It was 1015pm close to closing and she was still so patient and kind as well as helpful. Thank you so much Jacklyn it was an absolute pleasure shopping at this target! She even informed me about joining “Target Circle”. She took the time to help me add my phone number to my already existing account so that I could receive a 20% discount on the make up products and 15% discount on personal products! I LOVEEE A DISCOUNT AND/Or A GOOD SALE! I saved over $20 just because Jacklyn took the time to help me!

“This store is very good, but above all the manager they have at night (I think his name is Brooks) is attentive, willing and friendly. Always look for how to solve a situation and help the client (I wish everyone were like him).”
“Alexis at the electronics dept. was really helpful, courteous and patient. I also loved that though I looked very different from the first time we met some days ago when I placed my order for pictures to be printed out, she recognized me and was very warm just like our first meeting.

“That store is very good, there is a variety of things you can buy a little bit of everything, the only thing I didn't like is that there are so many people and they are only charging for one box.”
“The target location in Laurel is clean and is usually fully stocked of items. This store is extremely crowded on the weekends and I would suggest shopping here during the weekdays or doing drive up services for your convenient. This location has several convenient drive-up spaces for those who have the target app. I usually wait no longer than five minutes at the most for my items, especially when I tell the app I'm in route. The drive-up app is the best feature ever.”
“I have to say that this is quite possibly one of the most well hidden Walmart locations I have come across. I had been in the area for a few months and only recently noticed/discovered that this location was here.Recently I was on a mission to find myself a small microwave to put in my office. I wasn't looking for something that was huge or overcomplicated. I wanted something for the sole purpose of popping some food to reheat in it and then be on my way for the rest of my day while at work.I did do a bit of online shopping prior to coming here, but I wasn't looking to wait for it to show up at my door. While out and had just stopped at a Target nearby, I decided I would do a quick search for Walmart and noticed it was technically across the street. Well hidden, but still across the street.I walked in, grabbed a cart, walked right back to the housewares section, picked up the microwave and headed right back up front to purchase said microwave. It was that simple, and when you factor in how well setup and stocked this store was, it was that much quicker.”

“This Walmart is transitioning between seasons so there are a lot of empty aisles and missing fixtures, making me wonder if they're closing or are shorthanded. It is a huge location next to the Sam's Club, and parking is generally findable but inside it is always crowded and busy. Luckily, checkout was easy and efficient.”
